I even spent two days in Greenville, South Carolina at the paracycling championships in 2014 to better understand the scope of such an organization. G. LEADERSHIP a. What leadership skills can you demonstrate? Please provide examples for every skill you identify. • Focusing on results, I act more as a coach than a boss (according to Pierre Tadros, one of my former employees). • I have managed organizations and small law firms throughout most of my life. • In the city of Montreal and regionally; for example, I was the General Manager of the Regional County Municipality (CMR) of Pontiac and the Local Development Centre (LDC) of Pontiac with 30 employees under my direct supervision. • One of my strengths is being able to contact people and create networks. In social interactions, I have always endeavoured to put my clients from complementary sectors into contact with one another so they can do business together, if possible. b. What personal or professional experience do you have, if any, with people living with a disability? • My experience is mainly the result of my time spent as a board member of the Raymond Dewar Institute and the Nazareth and Louis-Braille Institute since my nephew, who was born prematurely, suffers from severe deafness.
