For more details, please visit www.ipeglobal.com Job Description IPE Global seeks an experienced professional to serve as Manager – Business Development for IPE Global Manila Office. He/she will work in close coordination with the Associate Director – South East Asia and will support him in the overall business development and project execution. He will also play an important role in supporting IPE Global’s wider business growth plans in South East Asia, Central Asia & the Pacific. Key Responsibilities Areas: Co-ordinate and Manage the preparation of EOI/Proposals: . Identification of business opportunities in South East Asia, Central Asia & the Pacific. Prepare summary and key points of opportunities for obtaining approvals from the senior management to proceed. Ensure compliance of proposal as per tender requirements. Develop and customise profiles of key experts as per requirements of the RFP. IPE Global Limited . Arrange proposal meetings, prepare detailed program of inputs and deadlines, pre- bid queries. Maintain good working relationship with the other companies present in the sector. Maintenance of database of key experts and companies. Identification and sourcing of experts. Follow up with external consultants and obtain detailed information and negotiate for professional fees. Monitor progress in preparation of proposal. Maintain strong relationships with associates/technical writers. Co-ordinate production and timely submission of proposals . Finalization of financial proposals in close coordination with the Associate Director – South East Asia. Work in coordination with IPE Global HQ and other offices. Other duties to consider: . Present and attend seminars, exhibitions and network meetings. Prepare information brochures and publicity materials related to projects. Monitoring and updating of Project Data Sheets. Obtain Project completion certificates from client in collaboration with project manager. Updating and distribution of Marketing Material and Reviews. Qualification & . Post Graduate in Planning/ Management/Engineering/Economics/Finance Experience International Development, or related fields. Management Degree in related areas preferred. 5-7 years of Experience of Management in Social & Infrastructure sectors’ related projects in consulting sector, including direct assignments on ADB and World Bank- funded projects. Sound knowledge of working on EoIs/proposals of bilateral and multilateral funding agencies, including ADB, WB, etc. Development of business strategies for key projects. BD activities along with development of key profiles as per technical requirements of RFP. Excellent word processing and computer skills (Microsoft Office suite of programs). Excellent personal organization skills (including prioritizing tasks). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
