The Community Support Team work in and with their communities to help reduce crime and anti-social behaviour, support young people and their families and work proactively to ensure that Hart remains a safe and desireable place to live. We know that most children and young people in Hart are doing well, and that there are many agencies and community groups providing excellent services to them and their families and carers. There are, however, some children and young people who need additional support or services, and a joined-up approach in the provision of their care is vital.
