  • The B-Boy Summit Internationally Acclaimed B-Boy/B-Girl Event
THE B-BOY SUMMIT INTERNATIONALLY ACCLAIMED B-BOY/B-GIRL EVENT Produced by No Easy Props OVERVIEW The B-boy Summit continues to be a major trendsetter in Hip-Hop street dance, art and music culture. Established in 1994, The Summit presented innovative ideas in Hip-Hop culture, offering a conference forum complete with competitions, performances, panels, workshops, and a marketplace for consumer friendly products marketed toward the Hip-Hop community. Never content with success, The B-boy Summit continues its mission to bring the hottest street dance, art, and music above ground to the masses. The B-boy Summit has grown into an internationally acclaimed 3 day festival incorporating all aspects of Hip-Hop in different plateaus, including the most intense battles, rawest circles, theatre performances, a DJ/MC Talent Showcase and live aerosol art painting. The B-boy Summit was created in 1994 out of the need for a community orientated Hip-Hop event that encompassed knowledge of the history of Hip-Hop culture and the skills of B-boying and B-girling. At that point in time B-boys and B-girls didn’t have a platform in which to come together, dance and pay homage to the traditional dance of Hip-Hop. Each year the event has expanded to encompass B-boys, B-girls, MCs, Aerosol Artists, and DJs from across the globe, steadily building into what is now the foremost Hip-Hop cultural event in the world. More recently, The Summit has become one of the most important events for Lockers, Poppers, Freestyle and House Dancers to take part in during The Summit’s Funk Fest.

Today the advertising industry is a blend of digital and physical media, and companies need to stay on top of its fast evolution. Following the original path, but years later, marketing and sales practices are relying more and more on digital channels. However, companies do not take most of the potential opportunities, because they are still tied to conventional customer engagement models and operate through traditional organizational structures. Digital advertising investments are growing at a fast pace, with over 17 percent CAGR since 2011 and reaching 42 percent of total global ad spending. The forecasts see this shift continuing up to 50 percent in 2020, and in some markets, the share will be even larger. Here the key issue seems to be how to optimize ad spending, balancing the media mix between online and offline and earned and paid media, in order to maximize advertising effectiveness.

The origins of many of the world's most popular sports today lay in the codification of many traditional European games. This program will take students inside the European Model of Club Sports where they will receive firsthand experience at some of the world’s most successful sporting clubs and organizations including the IOC, FIFA, Red Bull, The Hague University, the German Sports University as well as a number of Sporting Clubs, Facilities & Sport Businesses. This program visits the Netherlands, Germany, Austria & Switzerland and along the way will cross several diverse sporting and cultural borders. Students will be exposed to a number of different sports and will no doubt increase their knowledge of sport in the global community. Unlike major team sports in the USA where franchises are awarded to nominated cities, most European teams have grown from small clubs formed by groups of individuals before growing rapidly. Churches, community facilities and work places have often been the most fertile birthplace of many of Europe's major sports clubs. The most popular sport in Europe is undoubtedly Association football (soccer). European club teams are the strongest (and highest paid) in the world led by the Union of European Football Association (UEFA).
