It’s not a software, but the sum total of our efforts, knowledge and general industry expertise, with an arrange of IT tools we have developed over the years and implement in our daily work to achieve optimal performance in providing our clients with the best possible service. Through the use of CTO, you can have year round 24 hour fresh information relevant to your development. Thus giving you the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your investment is on the right track, or else, will point out the deviations and the reasons behind them, enabling you to make timely assertive decisions with the confidence of being well informed. How does CTO work Events are happening at the construction site on a daily basis, be it the submission of a progress bill, the release of a bill of quantities, the arrival of an equipment, and even the workforce that shows up for the day, etc. Typically, that information is filtered, stored formatted and then gets reported monthly, bi-monthly or weekly at best. The major drawback with this system is the tardiness for critical information in reaching the hands of the project’s decision makers. Our system relies on relational databases installed in our servers, where clients, designers, contractors, suppliers and, of course our on-site supervisors are constantly loading each project’s diverse information. The database is managed and controlled by us and it’s internet accessible 24/7 by those with the appropriate credentials. These are assigned depending on the role each one plays in the project for safety reasons. This way the project’s information is updated and readily available by the participants. By utilizing this data, we are able to provide up to date meaningful business intelligence to our clients, on such matters as budgeting, financial and physical progress, workforce size, quality control, construction safety degree, etc. If you
