The following devices can be used to access school ebooks: ! PC computer ! Smart phone (any iOS or Android device) ! Tablet (iPad, Kindle Fire, Nook HD, etc.)
What is Axis 360?
Axis 360 is the platform Noblesville Schools uses to purchase and check out eBooks. You will use Axis 360 to browse books, see what is available and what is checked out, and to checkout your eBooks. You can get to Axis 360 by clicking on the Magic Wall link on your LMC webpage.

What is Blio?
Blio is the application (app) that you will use on your device to download and read eBooks you’ve checked out.
NOTE: As you go through the following steps, you will be asked to create usernames and passwords for both Blio and Axis 360. Make sure to write them down as it's easy to get the login/passwords confused between both Blio and Axis 360.

Step 1: Blio
Create a Blio login and download the Blio App.
1) Go to www.blio.com and click on “New Account”. Enter your name, email address, and create a password.
2) Download the Blio App: (http://www.meetblio.com/download/) on your smartphone, tablet, or PC. Don’t forget to have your Blio account username and password nearby.
a) If you are downloading Blio to the iPad, iTouch or iPhone go to the Apple Apps store. Follow the directions to download Blio to your mobile device.
b) If you are installing Blio on an Android phone or tablet go to the Android Market, select the brand specific version for Toshiba and T Mobile. Select the Android version for all other Android phones and tablets.
c) If you are installing Blio on a PC computer, go to http://www.meetblio.com/download/ and it will take you to the "Meet BLIO" website. Select the brand specific Blio version for Toshiba, Dell and HP computers. Select the Windows PC version for all other computers. Follow the directions to download and install Blio on your computer.

Step 2: Axis 360
Create a login for Axis 360 using your student library card number (lunch code).
1) Go to the Noblesville Elementary Axis 360 site (http://nes.axis360.baker-taylor.com/) and create an account under “Login”.
a) For the Library Card ID, use the prefix "10101' and then add your student ID number. For example, if your student ID number is 123456, your Library Card ID number for Axis 360 would be 10101123456. b) For your password, make one up - or use the password you used to create your Blio account. c) If you’re a faculty member, use 10101 + any 6-digit number you wish for your library card number.
2) Once you've done this, it will ask you to add a User Name and Email Address. For User Name, just your first name underscore last name (for example: ramona_quimby). For email, use the same email address you used for Blio. If you don’t have an email account, make one up and just write it down so you won’t forget. You will have to type in your PIN again.

Step 3: Check Out eBooks!
Go back to the Noblesville Elementary Axis 360 page (http://nes.axis360.baker-taylor.com/) and click on a book cover that interests you.
In order to checkout the book, click checkout (or Add to Checkout List if you plan to check out multiple titles) and select the Blio format (not ePub!).
On checkout, login to your Blio account to ensure immediate access to the title in your app. Open your Blio app and start reading!
