Four species of Cymodusa (Cymodusa) are reported from Korea, including one newly recorded species, Cymodusa aenigma Dbar (1985), and three new species, Cymodusa koreana sp. n., Cymodusa yeungnamensis sp. n. and Cymodusa geolimi sp. n. This genus is reported for the first time from Korea. Descriptions with photographs of new species, line drawings of propodeum and metasomal tergites of the Palaearctic species of the “australis” group and a key to the Korean Cymodusa species are provided. -

Box 14515/775, Tehran – Iran; [email protected] Preface The Ichneumonidae is one of the most species rich families of all organisms with an estimated 60000 species in the world (Townes, 1969). Even so, many authorities regard this figure as an underestimate! (Gauld, 1991). An estimated 12100 species of Ichneumonidae occur in the Afrotropical region (Africa south of the Sahara and including Madagascar) (Townes & Townes, 1973), of which only 1927 have been described (Yu, 1998). This means that roughly 16% of the afrotropical ichneumonids are known to science! These species comprise 338 genera. The family Ichneumonidae is currently split into 37 subfamilies (including, Acaenitinae; Adelognathinae; Agriotypinae; Alomyinae; Anomaloninae; Banchinae; Brachycyrtinae; Campopleginae; Collyrinae; Cremastinae; Cryptinae; Ctenopelmatinae; 1 Diplazontinae; Eucerotinae; Ichneumoninae; Labeninae; Lycorininae; Mesochorinae; Metopiinae; Microleptinae; Neorhacodinae; Ophioninae; Orthopelmatinae; Orthocentrinae; Oxytorinae; Paxylomatinae; Phrudinae; Phygadeuontinae; Pimplinae; Rhyssinae; Stilbopinae; Tersilochinae; Tryphoninae; Xoridinae) (Yu, 1998). The parasitoid family Ichneumonidae is the largest family in the order Hymenoptera. This chapter provides a checklist of 1,160 ichneumonid species (299 genera) known from the Canadian Prairies Ecozone. The list is primarily drawn from literature records and also includes 35 newly recorded species from the ecozone. The number of species on the list is a vast underestimate of the number of ichneumonid species present, as many genera lack revisions and few biodiversity surveys have been conducted. Most species recorded from this ecozone are only known from the Nearctic region, but are not restricted to the Prairies Ecozone. Little is known about the ecology, habitat requirements, or host associations of most ichneumonid species, with 43% of the species on the checklist lacking any host records. Future research should include revisions of the many genera that have not been studied in the Nearctic region, as well as biodiversity surveys in prairie habitats, rearing of potential host species, and the creation of user-friendly identification resources. Résumé. Les guêpes parasitoïdes de la famille des Ichneumonidae forment la plus grande famille de l’ordre des hyménoptères. Le présent chapitre dresse la liste des 1 160 espèces de cette famille, réparties en 299 genres, présentes dans l’écozone des prairies. Cette liste, établie principalement à partir de sources documentaires, fait état de 35 nouvelles mentions provenant de l’écozone. -

Six Malaise traps were installed in three localities, Anar, Shahr-e-Babak and Mahan regions during 2012. The collecting pot of each trap was emptied by an interval of two-four weeks. A total of nine species belonging to four subfamilies, Campopleginae, Cryptinae, Ichneumoninae and Tryphoninae, were identified. Cymodusa rufiventris Dbar, 1985 (Campopleginae) and Netelia (Paropheltes) maculiventris (Kokujev, 1915) (Tryphoninae) are reported for the first time from Iran. Six species are new records for Kerman province. Diagnostic morphological characters of the newly reported species are provided. Notes fauniques de Gembloux, n°45 (2001): 3-111 Bibliographie des Hyménoptères de Belgique précédée de notices biographiques (1827-2000) Seconde et troisième parties * par Alain PAULY Introduction La première partie de cette bibliographie, publiée dans les Notes fauniques de Gembloux (n°44, pp: 37-84), contenait les récits de la vie des principaux hyménoptéristes belges, depuis Vander Linden (1797-1831) jusqu’à nos jours. Voici les deuxième et troisième parties. La deuxième partie présente la liste de tous les articles relatifs aux hyménoptères de Belgique, la plupart du temps écrits par des auteurs belges, classés par auteurs et par dates de publication (plus de 1300 références). La troisième partie indique quels sont les travaux les plus récents qui permettent de cataloguer ou identifier les espèces. Ces travaux sont classés par groupes systématiques ou par sujets. Ils proviennent aussi bien de la littérature étrangère que de la littérature belge (plus de 600 références).
