NOTES

You must have a valid Luas Ticket to travel on Luas. Persons without a valid ticket will receive a Standard Fare of €45 from Luas Revenue Protection Officers. Failure to pay a Standard Fare can result in a court conviction and a fine of €1,000. Buy tickets from Luas Ticket Machines and Leap Card from Payzone outlets. Valid Leap Cards accepted. All passengers with Adult 30 Day tickets are required to carry Luas or Dublin Bus ID; available free. Students must have a valid Student Leap Card. Luas Child Tickets valid for 4yrs to 18yrs inclusive; children under 4yrs travel free. Leap Card Child Fares apply 4yrs to 18yrs inclusive. Luas Card Peak Fares apply Monday - Friday, excl. BH 7.45am - 9.30am. Proof of age may be required. When travelling to a Stop on the boundary of two zones you do not pay for the zone you are entering.
