ZADOVOLJSTVO KORISNIKA USLUGAMA NISKOTARIFNIH AVIOKOMPANIJA U REPUBLICI HRVATSKOJ SAŽETAK Sadašnje stanje na zrakoplovnom trţištu karakterizira prisutnost izrazito jake konkurencije i brze promjene trţišnih uvjeta. U takvom okruţenju uspijevaju samo kompanije koje se brzo i učinkovito prilagoĎavaju i mijenjaju. Djelotvorne promjene omogućuju razvoj i uspjeh, a ulaganje u razvoj i razlikovanje od drugih jedini su put opstanka. Liberalizacija hrvatskog zrakoplovnog trţišta posljednjih godina znatno je utjecala na povećanje potraţnje u meĎunarodnom redovnom putničkom prometu, čime zrakoplovno okruţenje u Hrvatskoj postaje sve zahtjevnije i dinamičnije. Dolaskom niskotarifnih avioprijevoznika u Hrvatsku, putnici imaju veći izbor nego ikad prije. Cilj ovog rada je ukazati na dinamiku i slojevitost zrakoplovnog trţišta u cjelini. Očito je da primjena poslovnih niskotarifnih strategija ima sve značajniji utjecaj na gospodarstvo. Rezultati provedenog primarnog istraţivanja -

S.p.A., the operator of Naples- Capodichino Airport (#883.OPS1). Reuters reported that F2i’s Board has asked CEO Vito Gamberale to discuss the airport deal, valued at EUR 150 to 200 million, with Ferrovial. The Spanish company holds a 65% stake in Capodichino Airport through BAA Airports Ltd. It intends to sell non-core assets such as Naples Airport to repay its massive debt, reported to be GBP 1.54 billion. “There are various interested parties in the airport and we are studying their proposals,” a source close to BAA’s parent company Ferrovial said. #885.1 Officials at Bologna Airport have begun a call of bids for the remodelling of the passenger terminal. An announcement was made in the European Union’s official gazette in order to determine which company will care for hub requalification, construction supervision, and security co-ordination during the project’s execution phase. A starting amount of EUR 21.5 million was mentioned. Work must be completed within 720 days from the assigned date. -

Tourism Introduction Zadar County encompasses marine area from Island Pag to National Park Kornati and land area of Velebit, i.e. the central part of the Croatian coastline. This is the area of true natural beauty, inhabited from the Antique period, rich with cultural heritage, maritime tradition and hospitality. Zadar County is the heart of the Adriatic and the fulfilment of many sailors' dreams with its numerous islands as well as interesting and clean underwater. It can easily be accessed from the sea, by inland transport and airways. Inseparable unity of the past and the present can be seen everywhere. Natural beauties, cultural and historical monuments have been in harmony for centuries, because men lived in harmony with nature. As a World rarity, here, in a relatively small area, within a hundred or so kilometres, one can find beautiful turquoise sea, mountains covered with snow, fertile land, rough karst, ancient cities and secluded Island bays. This is the land of the sun, warm sea, olives, wine, fish, song, picturesque villages with stone- made houses, to summarise - the true Mediterranean. History of Tourism in Zadar Tourism in Zadar has a long tradition. The historical yearbooks record that in June 1879 a group of excursionists from Vienna visited Zadar, in 1892 the City Beautification Society was founded (active until 1918), and in 1899 the Mountaineering and Tourism Society "Liburnia" was founded. At the beginning of the XX century, in March 1902 hotel Bristol was opened to the public (today's hotel Zagreb). Most important period for the development of tourism in Zadar County lasted from the 60's - 80's of the 20th century, when the majority of the hotel complexes were erected. -

Andreae , M.D.1, Matthew Johnson2, Henry Sacks3 1Anesthesiology, Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, 2Teachers College, Columbia University, 3Preventive Medicine, Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York, NY, USA Introduction: Iliac crest bone graft (ICBG) remains the gold standard for autologous bone grafting. IBCG harvesting can lead to persistent postsurgical pain (PPSP), devastating and difficult to treat (Brull 1992). Local anesthetics administration may reduce this risk (Singh 2007). PPSP trials typically report heterogeneous outcomes, making classical frequentist meta-analysis in our Cochrane review in print (Andreae 2012) challenging. To overcome this limitation, we developed a Bayesian model on regional anesthesia for the prevention of persistent pain after IBCG harvesting. We pooled dichotomous and continuous pain outcomes at varying follow up intervals. Methods: Methods were detailed in our systematic review for the Cochrane Collaboration in print (Andreae 2012). Search: Briefly, we searched the Cochrane Central, PubMed, EMBASE and CINAHL (1966 to April 2012) without any language restriction using a combination of free text and controlled vocabulary. We searched conference abstracts by hand. Selection: We included randomized and non-randomized controlled clinical trials with pain outcomes at least 12 weeks postoperatively. Included studies compared local or regional anesthesia versus conventional analgesia for chronic pain after ICBG harvest. Data extraction: We assessed trial quality and extracted pain outcome, including information on adverse events. Bayesian model: We developed a longitudinal Bayesian model in OpenBUGS with three time points to estimate the posterior distribution of the odds ratio of chronic pain six months after surgery. -

2014-2015 University Attended – Bocconi University, Italy Feedback 1 INDUCTION/ORIENTATION PROGRAMME Orientation meeting for a couple of hours which was very informative, we received a USB with further information. There was also a desk open for international students to come and ask questions which was open all day for the first 2 weeks. In general the induction was very helpful. ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE Quality of teaching was very good most classes were interactive and engaged the class well. Different from Manchester in that there were no seminars: all classes were lectures between 20-60 people which I preferred. Attending and non-attending option: I would suggest any students to do attending as it makes it much easier. E- learning platform was easy to use and had most of the materials needed. Most courses were well run and interesting. Sometimes information was a bit vague on exams for example. you weren't always given sample questions or told how long the exam was. Also there was no exact date on exam results you just received them at random which gave you little time to prepare if you needed to repeat it. MBS INTERNATIONAL ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT TEAM Always responded quickly to any queries I had and dealt with any issues fairly quickly. I was given all the information I needed for my year abroad. MBS SECOND YEAR MEETINGS Helpful in explaining the exchange and allocation of places process. All parts of the application process were clearly defined making it easier. There was sufficient information on each host university and destination. HOST INTERNATIONAL OFFICE They were generally very helpful but didn’t really provide any support with housing which proved very difficult to find at a reasonable price.
