Emilia Romagna Gp Imola Race 13
EMILIA ROMAGNA GP IMOLA RACE 13 DANIEL RICCIARDO RACE DRIVER #3 Daniel Ricciardo extended his run of points to six consecutive races after picking up two points in Portugal. The Australian heads to Imo- la this weekend aiming to return to scoring double figures as the Championship grows close. Q&A Are you looking forward to driving at Imola for the first time? How do you look back on Portugal? Imola is another new one for us. I’m excited about going there as I think, as a team, we leave Portugal feeling neither happy nor too we’ve had a great run of racing at new places and I’ve enjoyed disappointed. It was a race where we wanted to score points to them all so far. It’s also back to another Italian race and I’ve had make sure we keep in touch with our direct rivals. From Friday it good results in Italy this year so I’m hoping to have another strong was clear the weekend would be tough, especially with learning one this weekend. I haven’t raced at Imola before and I’m sure the tyres, so to come away with some points is okay. We couldn’t there will be a bit of an aura about the place as there is so much do much more than eighth and ninth, so we go to Imola wanting history there and that will be nice to experience. to return to competing for the top six places. What do you know about the track? The track itself is a short one and I think overtaking will be difficult, but it’s a relatively long straight so we’ll have to see on Sunday. -

Karl E. Ludvigsen papers, 1905-2011. Archival Collection 26 Karl E. Ludvigsen papers, 1905-2011. Archival Collection 26 Miles Collier Collections Page 1 of 203 Karl E. Ludvigsen papers, 1905-2011. Archival Collection 26 Title: Karl E. Ludvigsen papers, 1905-2011. Creator: Ludvigsen, Karl E. Call Number: Archival Collection 26 Quantity: 931 cubic feet (514 flat archival boxes, 98 clamshell boxes, 29 filing cabinets, 18 record center cartons, 15 glass plate boxes, 8 oversize boxes). Abstract: The Karl E. Ludvigsen papers 1905-2011 contain his extensive research files, photographs, and prints on a wide variety of automotive topics. The papers reflect the complexity and breadth of Ludvigsen’s work as an author, researcher, and consultant. Approximately 70,000 of his photographic negatives have been digitized and are available on the Revs Digital Library. Thousands of undigitized prints in several series are also available but the copyright of the prints is unclear for many of the images. Ludvigsen’s research files are divided into two series: Subjects and Marques, each focusing on technical aspects, and were clipped or copied from newspapers, trade publications, and manufacturer’s literature, but there are occasional blueprints and photographs. Some of the files include Ludvigsen’s consulting research and the records of his Ludvigsen Library. Scope and Content Note: The Karl E. Ludvigsen papers are organized into eight series. The series largely reflects Ludvigsen’s original filing structure for paper and photographic materials. Series 1. Subject Files [11 filing cabinets and 18 record center cartons] The Subject Files contain documents compiled by Ludvigsen on a wide variety of automotive topics, and are in general alphabetical order. -

Official Race Card October 16-18, 2020
OCTOBER 16-18, 2020 OFFICIAL RACE CARD FOREWARD BY THE DUKE OF RICHMOND WELCOME TO SPEEDWEEK FOREWARD BY Welcome everyone to Goodwood SpeedWeek THE DUKE OF presented by Mastercard. Now, at last, we RICHMOND can fire up those engines and go racing, and so bring our motorsport season spectacularly back to life. Of course, I am very sad and disappointed that you cannot be at the circuit with us but, let me assure you, it’s going to be an utterly unique and memorable event and you won’t miss a minute of the action on all three days. Ironically, because we have to stage the event behind closed doors, we are able to create a spectacle that we would normally never dream of doing. As a live and interactive TV show, SpeedWeek will be brought to you in a way that has never been seen before in motorsport broadcasting. The live stream, and the ITV coverage, will be free to air and will take you right into the heart of the event with all the race action, interviews with the drivers and coverage of the new rally stages, the Shootout for the fastest lap of the circuit, and a sensational celebration of 70 years of Formula 1. SpeedWeek combines many of the best elements of the Members’ Meeting, the Festival of Speed and the Revival, plus some new and exciting content that will see the cars using parts of the circuit that are way beyond the track limits. The Shootout for fastest lap will see modern machinery on the circuit, something we’ve never been able to do before.
