En insérant deci delà quelques dates clé, nous avons pu ainsi organiser une réunion 2 rails et une réunion 3 rails sous le thème des « autorails et des automotrices ». Ce fût un succès comme en témoigne les photos insérées dans ce numéro. Visiblement, notre brocante annuelle en a ravi plus d’un et une réédition plus en profondeur pourrait être envisagée en 2021. Dans le contexte difficile que nous vivons, les importateurs et les fabricants seront ils à même de se maintenir jusqu’à la prochaine saison et reprendre les salons et expositions. Il faudra gérer au mieux la situation tout en restant créatif et prêt à rebondir car nos habitudes devront changer. De Bruxelles à Barcelone en huit heures : Proposition pour relancer le Trans-Europe Express Le ministre fédéral allemand des transports, Andreas Scheuer, a proposé, lors d'une réunion du Conseil européen des transports à Bruxelles, de relancer le réseau Trans-Europe Express (TEE) 2.0 de trains à grande vitesse et de nuit entre les principales villes d'Europe occidentale. Si le plan de rétablissement de la liaison ferroviaire, lancé en 1987, est accepté par ses homologues européens, les gares de Bruxelles, Liège et Anvers pourraient être reliées à Barcelone en huit heures environ. Le ministre souhaite réduire la durée des trajets et rendre plus attrayants les trajets entre plusieurs villes européennes en faisant revivre les trains TEE - un service de luxe datant de l'époque glorieuse des voyages ferroviaires européens de la fin des années 1950 aux années 1970, lorsque les voyages de nuit en train étaient courants. Son projet commencerait par utiliser les lignes ferroviaires existantes pour relier Bruxelles à Berlin en six heures environ et Berlin à Barcelone en 13 heures. Il y aurait également des liaisons entre Amsterdam et Rome ou Paris et Varsovie. Après les travaux d'infrastructure d'une deuxième phase du plan, les voyageurs en train de Bruxelles pourraient atteindre Stockholm en moins de 13 heures, a-t-il déclaré. Ces trajets devraient être possibles dès que les grands projets d'infrastructure, tels que Stuttgart 21, la traversée de la Fehmarnbelt entre l'Allemagne et le Danemark ou le tunnel de base du Brenner, seront terminés, dit Scheuer. Cependant, les amateurs de trains désireux de rétablir les anciens itinéraires devront attendre au moins jusqu'en 2028 pour la relance éventuelle du TEE, lorsque le tunnel du Brenner sera achevé. 13 Ferro-Flash 307 De plus, les défis techniques à relever si le TEE 2.0 est mis en service sont énormes. Les chemins de fer fédéraux autrichiens ont développé leur service de trains de nuit, mais la Deutsche Bahn a restreint son offre, affirmant qu'il n'y a pas assez de demande. Fondé en 1957, le Trans Europ Express, ou Trans-Europe Express (TEE), est un service ferroviaire international de première classe en Europe occidentale et centrale. À son apogée en 1974, le réseau TEE comprenait 45 trains reliant 130 villes différentes, de l'Espagne à l'ouest à l'Autriche à l'est, et du Danemark au sud de l'Italie. En 1993, les trains, principalement destinés aux voyageurs d'affaires, offraient également un service de deuxième classe de Paris à Bruxelles. Dans les années 80, cependant, la popularité du TEE a diminué, les entreprises se tournant de plus en plus vers le transport aérien en première classe pour leur personnel. KENNEDYAND BERLIN Nicholas Labinski Marquette University, 2011 This paper examines John F. Kennedy’s rhetoric concerning the Berlin Crisis (1961-1963). Three major speeches are analyzed: Kennedy’s Radio and Television Report to the American People on the Berlin Crisis , the Address at Rudolph Wilde Platz and the Address at the Free University. The study interrogates the rhetorical strategies implemented by Kennedy in confronting Khrushchev over the explosive situation in Berlin. The paper attempts to answer the following research questions: What is the historical context that helped frame the rhetorical situation Kennedy faced? What rhetorical strategies and tactics did Kennedy employ in these speeches? How might Kennedy's speeches extend our understanding of presidential public address? What is the impact of Kennedy's speeches on U.S. German relations and the development of U.S. and German Policy? What implications might these speeches have for the study and execution of presidential power and international diplomacy? Using a historical-rhetorical methodology that incorporates the historical circumstances surrounding the crisis into the analysis, this examination of Kennedy’s rhetoric reveals his evolution concerning Berlin and his Cold War strategy.

    EDITO La Sauvegarde du Nord a vécu en 2014 une nouvelle année dynamique La préparation de la fusion avec l’ADSSEAD, effective le 1er janvier 2015, a engagé sa dernière ligne droite, avec un intense travail préparatoire de nos services RH et financiers et un dialogue serein avec les partenaires sociaux sur les garanties collectives. La reconfiguration de nos services en futures plateformes territoriales de protection de l’enfance a été engagée : cette approche ambitieuse est porteuse d’amélioration de la qualité et de l’efficience de l’accompagnement des enfants et des jeunes qui nous sont confiés. Confronté depuis plusieurs années au tarissement des financements publics, notre Pôle Inclusion Sociale a su conduire un indispensable travail de consolidation de son modèle économique afin que puissent se poursuivre ses missions essentielles en faveur des plus démunis. L’année 2014 a été celle de l’achèvement de deux projets immobiliers importants pour notre Pôle Médico-Social : l’IME Lino Ventura a déménagé en septembre 2014 dans des locaux flambant neufs sur le site d’Humanicité, tandis que notre nouvel ITEP à Douai nous permet depuis janvier 2015 de consolider nos réponses sur ce territoire. Ce fut aussi cette année que nous avons lancé la construction notre futur ITEP Flandre. Notre Pôle Addictologie a accueilli un nouveau directeur, et la préparation du futur CPOM a pu ainsi s’engager dans les meilleures conditions. Enfin, notre nouveau Pôle de promotion de la Santé a connu son premier exercice plein, et a procédé à une refonte importante de ses actions de santé, pour plus de performance en matière de prévention.
