NOTICE OF THE START OF SEGMENTS I AND II CONSTRUCTION

Case No. 19-T-0549, Application of LS Power Grid New York, LLC, LS Power Grid New York Corporation I, and the New York Construction activities for Segment Power Authority for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility I of the Project are anticipated and Public Need Pursuant to Article VII for Edic/Marcy to New to start on or about February 8, Scotland; Princetown to Rotterdam Project 2021. Subject to approval of the EM&CP for Segment II by the Commission, construction activities are anticipated to start on or about March 1, 2021. Surveys may begin prior to these dates.

The New York State Public Service Commission (“Commission”) approved the A map of the Project’s Segments Environmental Management & Construction Plans (“EM&CP”) for Segment I of I and II work is provided at the the Marcy to New Scotland Upgrade Project (the “Project”) on January 21, 2021 end of this notice.
