The County Council ( District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Amendment No.51) Order 201*

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To introduce ‘Disabled Badge Holders Only’ restrictions on the following lengths of roads in the District of Tendring as specified: Road Description Church Street, NORTH EASTERN SIDE: From a point opposite the common boundary of No.40 and No.40a Church Street, north westwards for a distance of approximately 5.1 metres. Tile reference: TM255 325 revision 3 to revision 4 Pound Farm NORTH SIDE: From a point opposite the common boundary of No.7 and Drive, No.9 Pound Farm Drive, north eastwards for a distance of approximately 5.4 metres. Tile reference: TM235 312 revision 4 to revision 5 NORTH SIDE: From a point approximately 4 metres south east opposite Road, Clacton the common boundary of No.122 and No.126 St Osyth Road, north on Sea westwards for a distance of approximately 6.6 metres. Tile reference: TM165 152 revision 4 to revision 5.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 by substituting TM255 325 revision 3 to revision 4, TM165 152 and TM235 312 revision 4 to revision 5.
