2 3 Over the last 40 years, most of you have had the opportunity to meet Mr. Yves Royer, who has contributed in a very exceptional way to the growth of the company founded in 1934 by his grandfather Louis-Philippe.

Initially a small hand-crafted operation, Royer was eventually propelled by the economic growth and societal changes of the 60s. But it’s after facing the many upheavals of the last decades and under Yves leadership that the ROYER brand has finally distilled its unique personality.

Through his great sense of humanity, his ability to listen and his iron will, Yves has instilled in ROYER something unique and so rare today: a deep conviction that it is possible to survive as a Canadian manufacturer when you work with heart, respect and willingness to do things right.

I am honored to ensure the continuity of his mission that has deeply touched me, and I hope to bring the vision, the ability to unite the troops and sheer will that Yves has instilled in us.
