Offering 24 years of experience, Chef Steven Maak was classically trained at a well-known intimate culinary school in the heart of Los Angeles, CA, is a branch of the California School of Culinary Arts. Steven spent his younger years in the trenches’ in an independent restaurant working his way into well over a decade of corporate level management. Developing brands and implementing systems became a way of life for the chef. His approach on comfort foods has followed him throughout his career. Do not bat your eyes too fast; his fusions are what make his cooking unique and special.
