ONE ADULT PER CHILD IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE WATER FOR LITTLE GUPPIE LESSONS TADPOLE 1 Skills include: A.M. P.M. A.M. P.M. (LEVEL 1)  Face down in water while blowing bubbles, bobbing, floating, flutter 8:00 12:00 9:00 12:00 kicking, free style arms, front and back glide (2 body lengths), 9:00 1:00 10:00 1:00 10:00 2:30 11:00 2:00 Ages 6-15 introduction to backstroke kicking, backstroke arms, and basic pool 11:00 3:30 safety. 4:30 Beginner 5:30 This level is recommended for swimmer who are: 6:30 Ratio 3:1  Unable to confidently swim a full lap of freestyle and two body lengths of backstroke without stopping. Introduction to water skills for children with little or no experience.

swim under water 3-5 body lengths, feet first surface dive, survival 11:00 3:30 Stroke swimming, front crawl and backstroke open turn, tread water, 4:30 Development push off in a streamline position on back and begin flutter and 5:30 dolphin kicks, front crawl (25 yards), (25 yards) 6:30 Ages 6-15 butterfly (15 yards), elementary backstroke (25 yards), back crawl (15 yards), and sidestroke (15 yards). Ratio 4:1 This level is recommended for swimmers who are:  Advanced in stroke development and are now learning new strokes. SHARK Skills include: A.M. P.M. A.M. P.M. (100 yards), backstroke (50 yards), breaststroke (50 yards), Stroke Proficiency sidestroke (50 yards), butterfly (50 yards),  You will learn the following swimming transitions: front and back Ages 6-15 crawl open turn, front flip turn, backstroke flip turn, sidestroke turn, butterfly turn, breaststroke turn (all transitions made while Ratio 4:1 swimming), circle swimming, and endurance.

This level is recommended for swimmers who are:  Preparing to join a swim team or competitive swimming.
