The result is a 100% made in Sicily wine that stands out from the standards of the ordinary regional products to offer crisp, uncommon and original taste sensations. Our Brand The Elegance of Sicilian wines “Gratia”, in Latin, means elegance, balance and kindness These are the values that Gaspare and Rosario Triolo express through their wines, by recovering the indigenous varieties of the territory between the provinces of Palermo, Trapani and Agrigento. The uniqueness of terroir The Terre di Gratia vineyards are located in the Belice Valley, near Camporeale, 40 km south of Palermo. Immagine distintiva 4 We believe in terroir as guarantee of uniqueness INDIGENOUS GRAPE VARIETIES Perricone Catarratto Nero d’Avola Grillo Syrah The indigenous grape varieties have been selected by local winemakers over the centuries, searching for the ones that best adapt to a very small and peculiar territory and climate, as in the case of Perricone and Catarratto. Other varieties, instead, such as Nero d'Avola, Grillo and Syrah, are able to express successfully even in a wider area, far away from their territory The noble art of autochton Maintaining the essence of the variety within a wine requires profound knowledge of the grape variety and the environment in which it is grown.
