Hier ist die Wiege des Skisports und nicht am Arlberg in Österreich, wie es die Österreicher gerne gehabt hätten. Am 08.02.1891 trägt sich der Elsässer Konsularbe- amte Dr. R. Pilet in das Gästebuch des Hotels Feldberger Hof ein: „Mit norwegischen Schneeschuhen auf dem Feldberg.“ Dieser Eintrag gilt als Geburtsstunde des Skilaufs in Mitteleuropa. Im Dezember 1891 wird im Gasthaus Ochsen in Todtnau der Ski-Club 1891 Todtnau e.V. gegründet. Er ist der älteste noch existierende Ski-Club in Mitteleuropa. 1892 war dann der Beginn der Skifabrikation im Schwarzwald. Ernst Köpfer aus Bernau lässt sich als Erster das Herstellen von Skiern patentieren. Als Geburtstag des Skiclubs St. Blasien gilt der 12. Februar 1896. Unter dem 14. Febru- ar 1896 berichtete der in Waldshut erscheinende „Alb-Bote“, dass der Verein „vorge- stern“ gegründet wurde. Erst im Jahr 1905 wird der Deutsche Skiverband auf Betreiben des Ski-Club Schwarzwald mit den Impulsgebern Wilhelm Paulcke, Franz Kohlhepp und Wilhelm Offermann gegründet. Dr. Ernst Baader, 1.Vorsitzender des Skiclub St. Bla- sien, wurde damals in die Vorstandschaft des Deutschen Skiverbandes berufen. Die ersten Deutschen Skimeisterschaften fanden im Jahre 1900 auf dem Feldberg statt. Im April 2016, passend zum großen Jubiläum, sind die Meisterschaften wieder auf dem Feldberg angekommen. Der Ski-Club Todtnau wird zusammen mit dem SC Menzensch- wand und dem SC St. Blasien die alpinen Deutschen Meisterschaften ausrichten.

This winter sport is a mixture of cross-country skiing and rifle shooting. Biathlon is difficult to play because here the athletes participating in a cross country skiing race are distracted by frequent stops to shoot at sequence of targets. Biathlon is a combination of five events − individual, sprint, pursuit, relay, and mass start. In this game, the athletes compete in cross country skiing and shoot series of targets from a distance. The athletes need to be fast, focussed, and have more stamina. Every time the target is missed the biathlete either gets an additional time or distance penalty. It is important that the skier is fast enough to maintain the competition but should be slow enough to maintain control. In this game the athletes carry a rifle and shoot the target from the distance of 50m. Será la última instancia nacional en vía administrativa. UNA DISTINCIÓN Con el objetivo de la proporcionalidad a la hora de sancionar, se reformulará la categorización de los deportistas federados que adaptará las sanciones a la realidad.
