To sustain the new company plans, product development, we are looking to hire a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance / Process Engineer – Avionics 100% (m/f)

The person will be responsible for leading activities involving Product Lifecycle Management processes. Focused on improving processes and tools, the position is ideal for a candidate seeking a broad technical and business process career. The position offers the opportunity to work as part of a global team which will require flexibility to support activities across multiple time zones for following process development activities. Responsibilities & Tasks • Develop DO-178C and DO-254 process compliance and quality plan, (QAP, SQAP HQAP) • Responsible for reporting assessment and evaluation results to Head of R&D and functionally to Senior Program Manager • Perform audits and audit checklists in preparation for Engineering Review Boards and design reviews and EASA • Develop and produce engineering metrics and reports and configuration management plan • Support engineering organizations and prepare data for engineering/program release • Review/enhance supplier statements of work for configuration management task • Communicate with technical engineering staff, and program teams to drive a culture of quality and compliance • Facilitate cross functional groups including managers at all levels and subject matter experts on projects in value engineering, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis/corrective actions • Participate actively in and promote an inclusive work environment, characterized by mutual respect • Contribute actively to building a harmonious work environment, with the focus on employee engagement and development

Qualifications and Mandatory Skills Requirements • Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or Scientific Related Discipline • Minimum 4+ years of process development experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery • Knowledge of the tool set –DOORS will be an added advantage • Should have strong experience with: o DO-178, DO-254 and AS9100 standards and compliance o Defining configuration management for programs o Engineering and software development processes • Must be able to understand complex architectural and networking concepts and quickly learn and apply tools and processes to enhance business process and service delivery • Must demonstrate strong problem resolution and process management skills • Ability to perform quality related data analysis • Familiar with MS Office software tools including advanced Excel skills • Strong knowledge of Aerospace standards (DO160, DO254, ARP4754, ARP4761). DAL A or B is highly desirable • Prior quality engagement across program lifecycle, prior QMS and audit experience • PMP, Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black belt), and/or ASQ certifications a plus • Strong English written- and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with globally located employees and customers. German and/or French knowledge is an advantage • Must be capable of working under pressure. Must be attentive to details, have good planning skills and committed to accomplishing work on time, on schedule and with high standard of quality

Physical, Ergonomic and Environmental Considerations • Primarily works in an office, occasional in lab for test purposes with moderate noise levels and no direct exposure to hazardous physical substances
