In-Store Tasks: Step 1: Locate Materials 1. Work with the MOD to locate the following items: A. Six (6) green shelf strips from the November Guide Strips packet for the Holiday Air Care 2 Endcap – shipped in the 10/4 DG Fulfillment B. Adhesive price labels for the Holiday Air Care Endcap 2 from the “Monthly Activity Guide Labels November 2016 – Part 1 – October 28 – W39/November 4 – W40” packet – shipped in the 10/4 DG Fulfillment C. “Febreze Headers” package containing (2) signs – shipped in the 10/18 DG Fulfillment Note: If you cannot locate the items listed above, you can CONTINUE and report accordingly.

2. Eight NEW (8) Holiday Air Care PDQ Trays shipped through DG DCs  The Holiday Air Care PDQ trays should be marked “Hold for Driveline Holiday Air Care”.  All of the Holiday Air Care PDQ trays were shipped through the DG DCs on the store’s truck.  If you can locate SOME (1 or more) of the holiday PDQ trays, you can CONTINUE with this project. The store will be responsible for setting the missing PDQ trays once they are located.

 If you CANNOT locate ANY of the holiday PDQ trays you can STOP NOW & report accordingly.

Step 2: Set Up the Holiday Air Care Endcap 2 on the sales floor. 1. Work with the MOD to determine the correct endcap location per the store layout information noted below and provided in the October Monthly Activity Guide. This endcap is labeled “M CLEAN B: HOLIDAY AIR CARE 2” in the November MAG.  If the store cannot provide you with the correct endcap location , work with the MOD to find an alternate location and CONTINUE with setting this endcap.  If the store cannot provide an endcap location at all, STOP NOW & report accordingly.

M Clean B: Holiday Air Care 2 Location by Store Format – November MAG The locations noted below are prototypical only. Work with the Manager for actual placement.  DG 16 (HM-3) = Endcap at the back of the Seasonal aisle in the back of the store  DG-13 (HM-4) = Endcap at the back of the Home/Domestics & Toys aisle in the back of the store  DG-13 Wide (HCP-5) = Endcap at the back of the Laundry/Cleaning aisle in the back of store  DG-13 Corner (HM-4) = Endcap at the back of the Apparel & Giftwrap/Plastics/Home-Domestics aisle in the middle of the store  CCS (HM-4) = Endcap at the back of the Auto/Hardware & Storage/Cleaning aisle in the back of the store  CCS Wide (S-5) = Endcap at back of the Apparel & Shoes/Home-Domestics aisle in the back of the store RTP (HCP-3) = Endcap at the front of the & Cleaning aisle in the back of the store   RTK (HC-P) = Endcap at the front of the Cleaning aisle in the back of the store  FTB (S-4) = Endcap at the front of the Seasonal aisle in the back of the store  FTB2 (F-5) = Endcap at the back of the Food/Beverage aisle in the middle of the store  TD2 (HM-3) = Endcap at the front of the Giftwrap & Stationary aisle in the middle of the store  TD1 (S-6) = Endcap at the front of the Seasonal aisle in the middle of the store  MARKET (S-2) = Endcap at the end of the seasonal aisle in the middle of the store

2. Remove all existing product from the endcap and give to the MOD so they can place it in another location.  Do NOT place the removed product in shopping carts or baskets. Work with the MOD to locate to place the product removed from the endcap. If boxes are not available, ask the MOD for direction of where to place the removed product. 3. Set the shelves per the shelf heights noted in the chart below. 4. Set the new & existing product on the Holiday Air Care Endcap 2.  Locate & stock the (8) new PDQ trays per the chart & image below.  Locate existing product on the Paper: Air, Dish, MAG Endcap & move to the Holiday Air Care 2 Endcap: o One (1) DG Home Holiday PDQ Auto Spray Tray (set on Shelf 2) o All units of Febreze Apple Effects, Febreze Apple Wax Melts, and Febreze Pumpkin Air Effects (stock in the Febreze Holiday PDQ 2016 $3.00 tray on Shelf 5)  If you could not locate some of the products, advise the MOD the store will be responsible for placing once located. 5. Install new green shelf strips adhesive price labels  If you could not locate the green shelf strips and/or adhesive price labels, advise the MOD the store will be responsible for placing once located. 6. Install the Febreze header signs at the top of the Holiday Air Care Endcap 2 as shown in the image on the right.  If you could not locate the “Febreze Headers” packet advise the MOD the store will be response for placing once located.

Step 3: Take (1) picture of the Holiday Air Care Endcap 2 after you have completed the set-up.
