Task 2: A Preliminary TOD Suitability Assessment involved taking a preliminary look at a wide range of demographic, economic and real estate market factors within a half mile of the MARTA stations to assess their current market conditions and suitability for future TOD development. Task 3: A TOD Opportunity Analysis of Ten Stations examined in greater detail the specific opportunities for future TOD development in a representative sample of ten MARTA station areas drawn from the analysis completed in Task 2.
