State & Sub Ordinate Seruice rules 1996, in the reference 1 read above, as per the instructions issued by the Government and the Commissioner of School Ed A.P', Amaravathi has issued orders in the reference 13 read above, the teacher of class II of Category 1 25 mentioned in the annexure are hereby promoted as School Assistant and its equivalent cadres Mandal Praja Parishad Upper Primary Schools / ZillaPraja Parishad High Schools / Govt High Schools posted against the vacancy noted against their names as they are absent for the counseling which is on 06-03-2020 at o/o District Educational officer, spsR Nellore District. The above promotion is purely temporary on adhoc basis and liable for termination at any . without any notice and without assigning any reason thereof for such termination. They are not entitled for TTA and joining time as the promotion now ordered as per their opti only. The concerned teachers are requested join to in the promotion post with (15) days from the r receipt of these orders failing which they will forfeit their right for promotion in the present and in future as per G.O.Ms.No.193 GAD dt.23.04.1999. The Heads of institutions concerned are requested to mdke necessary entries in the S.R of teachers concerned, if they fails to join/relinquish to their promotion under proper attestation whether they relinquished for First Time/ Second Time. The promotion orders now issued is subject to outcome of OA No.247O, 2670 and 267L 2018 pending in the APAT. The Heads of institutions are requested to relieve the teachers mentioned in the Annexure instructions to join at their new post. The dates of relief and joining should be reported promptly to this office along with a copy joining repoft of the teacher concerned. The receipt of the proceedings should be acknowledged forthwith. Various competitions for students and staff members were conducted on this occasion and distrib- uted prizes to the participants who won the competitions viz., essay writing, elocution, and drawing Admn, Venkataramannagudem CoH, Venkataramannagudem KVK, Venkataramannagudem . Gudem, A.P., India *Corresponding author ABSTRACT The agriculture sector benefits more from mobile phones in the developing countries as it saves money, time and offers accurate advantage for farmers. The mobile phone system can be used to alert villagers about disease outbreaks and other important agricultural information. Many of the K e yw or ds farmers suffer from lack of up to date, accurate market price information because of their remote location, or simply because they don‘t know how and where to get trustworthy information. A study Advisory services, was undertaken to assess the potential and use of mobile phones by farmers. The study sample Mobile telephony, comprised of 120 farmers, selected randomly from the farmers visiting Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Respondents Periyavaram, SPSR Nellore District, A.P. The study indicates that 24.16 % farmers owned a mobile Farming for more than 3 years and 85.84 percent received information related to agriculture from farmers.

The award was con- ferred in recognition of outstanding contributions made by Dr.B.M.C.Reddy for horticultural research on crops like banana, citrus, grape, pineapple, mango during his career at IIHR, Bengaluru in different positions, as Project Coordinator for AICRP on fruits, as Director of Central Institute for Subtropical Horticulture, Lucknow and as Vice-Chancellor of Dr.YSRHU.
