InstitutionalDevelopment: Infiastructural Development: Physical infrastructural development has been taken up very extensively at Rajagiri College of Social Sciences which ls a 57 year old institution. Many facilities and offices were introduced to enhance the ambience and academic culfure of this higher education instituiion.

Academic Excellence: A number of interdisciplinary electives have been introduced. Various add-on courses were also started to add values to the core programmes. Student feedback is obtained for every cours€ and feedback from outgoing students is also obtained for corrective action. Systematic procedures were introduced for reflecting the views of faculty.
