Sri.V.P.Balagangadharan, former Brahmaprakash scientist,VSSC, Thiruvananthapuram inaugurated the seminar. The four sessions of the seminar were effectively handled by veterans in the field to enlighten the audience about the various aspects of IPR. The seminar began with the talk of Sri. V.P. Balagangadharan, He narrated the history of IPR which includes what is IPR and the importance of being aware of it. The second session on“Copy Rights and Trade Marks: Case Studies”was led by Adv.
