Dopady Různosti Obřadů V Manželských Kauzách Na Církevním Soudu
UNIVERZITA KARLOVA V PRAZE KATOLICKÁ TEOLOGICKÁ FAKULTA Miloš Szabo Dopady různosti obřadů v manželských kauzách na církevním soudu Disertační práce Vedoucí práce: prof. V Praze dne 25. 11. 2014 2 Bibliografická citace Dopady různosti obřadů v manželských kauzách na církevním soudu [rukopis]: disertační práce / Miloš Szabo; vedoucí práce: Antonín Hrdina. – Praha, 2014. – 187 s. -

Statements hailing the release of the Indian priest have poured in – from India’s foreign minister, Sushma Swaraj, to the president of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of India, Cardinal Baselios Cleemis. “I am happy to inform that Father Tom Uzhunnalil has been rescued,” tweeted Swaraj at 15.40 (IST), breaking the news to the nation. Apart from thanking the Indian government for its efforts in securing the priest’s release, the Catholic Bishops’ Conference in its statement thanked “Pope Francis, who took personal interest in Fr. Tom’s release efforts, and Bishop Paul Hinder, Vicar Apostolic of Southern Arabia, the Bishop in charge of the Middle East, and the Sultan of Oman, for their untiring efforts”. In fact, the news of Fr Uzhunnalil’s release was made public after the priest had been flown to Muscat in a military aircraft. -

The Autonomous Women’s Movement in Kerala: Historiography By Maya Subrahmanian1 Abstract This paper traces the historical evolution of the women’s movement in the southernmost Indian state of Kerala and explores the related social contexts. It also compares the women’s movement in Kerala with its North Indian and international counterparts. An attempt is made to understand how feminist activities on the local level differ from the larger scenario with regard to their nature, causes, and success. Mainstream history writing has long neglected women’s history, just as women have been denied authority in the process of knowledge production. The Kerala Model and the politically triggered society of the state, with its strong Marxist party, alienated women and overlooked women’s work, according to feminist critique. -
