En bon hédoniste et pour le plaisir de ses clients, il sélectionne ses références et ses préférences tant pour les cartes des vins de ses restaurants : le Carré des Feuillants, Au Trou Gascon et Bistrot Buci Mazarine que pour les amateurs fidèles aux Caves Marly. Les cavistes experts es-vino, Morgan Coantiec, Philippe Mutrel et Moran Bourcier vous conseillent dans le choix de vins rares et méconnus et vous proposent une gamme très étendue d’appellations réputées, vins confidentiels de grands vinificateurs, vins de Champagne des meilleurs vignerons, les réussites des pionniers du bio, nectars de terroirs oubliés, appellations de caractère, flacons de tradition et eaux de vie légendaires. Ils sont à votre écoute et sauront vous donner un avis judicieux d’harmonisation entre mets et vins, vous proposer des suggestions de coffrets cadeaux sur mesure, concevoir une cave personnalisée en fonction d’un budget défini, approvisionner un armagnac de votre année de naissance et dénicher un vieux millésime conservé dans nos caves. Certains samedis ou lors des promotions, ils organisent des dégustations à thème en présence de personnalités attachantes de nos vignobles (envoi du programme sur votre boite mail à la demande). Sur demande, nous pouvons proposer le gardiennage de vieillissement dans les conditions idéales (3km de galeries souterraines, 10 000 m2 – 10 degrés constants). 1 PRINTEMPS 2019 Les références et millésimes des vins sont proposés selon les stocks disponibles. May15th is the deadline for purchasing February 27, 2011 barrels at Bouchard cooperages at a discount and with no shipping cost. They make Damy, Vicard, Argyle Winery Tour Billon and Cadus barrels. All their barrels are quite good, although each provides different component to a wine.

    Wine Facts DOMAINE DUMIEN-SERRETTE Cornas ‘Henri’ The history of Syrah on Cornas’ steeply graded slopes once went like this: generations-old families cherished the few ancient vines they had, usually selling their precious crop to the larger producers—Delas, Jaboulet, Chapoutier—upriver. Winemaker Nicholas Serrette’s father, Gilbert, did this for years until in the early 1980s, the family decided it was long time to try crafting a Cornas that best reflected their soils and their centuries of toil. (The Dumien family has lived and worked in Cornas since 1515.) Theirs is true Cornas—deeply colored, structured, profound. Knocking on the family’s weather-beaten cellar door, steps from the village center, reveals a practice that has not changed with time. Nicolas treads his organically raised grapes by foot, and presses them in an old-fashioned basket press: tradition is alive and well at Dumien-Serrette.     Prices valid from 23rd May - 4th June 2017 Domaine Auguste Clape Now in his eighties, Auguste Clape is one of the few remaining old-school proponents of French winemaking, a pioneering and unassuming genius who falls almost effortlessly into the category of ‘great.’ In reality, of course, there has been much effort involved, the Clapes inserting themselves into the northern Rhône landscape in the early 1900’s to build their fortunes from next to nothing. Indeed, the Clape Syrahs from the Cornas appellation are among the most celebrated in France. Auguste paved the way there as the first to bottle his own wine. Today he works alongside son Pierre and grandson Olivier, farming a mere eight hectares of precipitous terraces by hand using traditional methods. Here, old vines are harvested as late as possible in a gamble with Nature to produce wines capable of tremendous longevity. The King, then, of Cornas, both because his wines are widely considered to be the best from this tiny appellation, and because he has at times fought single-handedly to maintain its integrity. Wil de rus ekere tannines er uit; slaagt er in om steeds betere, gezondere druiven te telen. 30% cabernet sauvignon. Bacchus Deze wi e, kruising van een kruising ((silvaner x riesling) x müller-thurgau) is populair in Duitsland waar ze milde en aroma sche maar soms wat karakterloze tafelwijn voortbrengt. Zeer jong en pas in 2005 ontstaan toen de Marc en Alexandre Bachelet de wijngarden van J.-P.- Monnot in Puligny overnamen.
