This lm, which hasn’t got any typical spy movie action scenes, is very thick. So it may not be for everyone. The lm, which is focused on showing a realistic view of the life of the spy, wants to create a puzzle made of ashbacks and deep life characters. The cast is formed by some of the most famous British actors as Gary Oldman (George Smiley), Colin Firth (Bill Haydon) and Benedict Cumberbach (Peter Guillam). All of them have done a great work on this movie but it’s outstanding the one of Gary Oldman who usually does very intense actings, but not in this movie where he is excepctonally good.

So I recommend this movie to all those who want to watch a spy movie out from the typical standards of action-spy lms.
