TOVARNIK-ŠID • Entry to Serbia: waiting time 30 minutes, 3 trucks in the waiting line. • Exit from Serbia: waiting time 30 minutes, 4 trucks in the waiting line. • On Tovarnik-Šid border crossing, the goods coming from Croatia can enter only if export customs clearance was done in Croatia. The goods going to Croatia for unloading should undergo customs clearance in Croatia. BATROVCI • Entry to Serbia: waiting time 20 minutes, 4 trucks in the waiting line. • Exit from Serbia: waiting time 4 hours, 2-3 km long waiting line. PREŠEVO BORDER CROSSING • Entry to Serbia: waiting time 20 minutes, 3 trucks in the waiting line. • Exit from Serbia: waiting time 40 minutes, 4-5 trucks in the waiting line.

As of April 6th, there will be no transit traffic towards Romania through border crossings Srpska Crnja and Đerdap. The trucks from Serbia that are transiting through Romania can use Vatin border crossing. DAILY REPORT 22.04.2020.

B OSN I A AND HERZEGO VINA

Gradiška: • 50 trucks in the waiting line on BiH exit. • 30 trucks in the waiting line on BiH entry. • There are a lot of vehicles at the customs terminal Gardiška. • The customs and inspection services are working 24 h with fewer people in the shifts.. Rača: • No vehicles on BIH entry. The terminal is full. • No vehicles waiting on BIH exit. • The customs and inspection services are working 24 h with fewer people in the shifts.

On March 24th 2020, the BiH Council of Ministers decided that transit traffic between BiH and the Republic of Serbia should take place only through the border crossing Rača in BiH, that is, Sremska Rača in Serbia. The Customs Administration has informed all customs offices that the goods transiting through the territory of BiH to other countries are sent exclusively to the Sremska Rača crossing, in order to avoid unnecessary return of carriers from other crossings. CROATIA

• Bregana border crossing: waiting time on entry 1 hour, no delays on exit. • Macelj border crossing: waiting time on entry 1 hour, no delays on exit. • Bajakovo border crossing: waiting time on both entry and exit is 2 hours.

A1 motorway Zagreb-Split is open to traffic, but due to strong wind, there is a driving speed limit of 40 km/h from Sveti Rok tunnel to Božići viaduct. Due to strong wind passenger traffic is allowed only on A6 motorway Rijeka-Zagreb, between Delnice and Kikovica junctions (the detour for other vehicles is on the old road through Gorski Kotar DC3).

SLO-CRO border crossing : • Gruškovje: no delays on entry and exit. • Obrežje: waiting time on entry is 1 hour, no delays on exit. ITA-SLO border crossing: • Situation unchanged, convoys are being organised from Italy through . SLO-HUN border crossing : • Situation unchanged, convoys are being organised (open crossings for transit Pince and Dolga Vas). • On the border with Hungary, the border crossings Hodoš and Čepinci are open from 6am till 10 pm (two-way crossings) SLO-AUT border crossing : • The truck flow is normal, but on entry, they need to have full fuel tanks and must not stop anywhere in . The trucks without full tanks are not given passage.

Due to the storm, on Vipavska expressway, between Nanos and Ajdovščina access, the traffic is closed to refrigerator trucks and tarp trucks up to 8 tons (second degree). Due to roadworks, waiting at the Karavanke tunnel is up to 30 minutes, on exit SLO to AT, and it will remain like this till 5pm. Due to a vehicle fire, there is a jam on A1 motorway -, between Ločica and Vransko. Due to roadworks, there is a 3 km long waiting line on A1 motorway Maribor-Ljubljnana, before Domdžalami towards Ljubljana. There is a 1 km long waiting line on the expressway through Maribor, at the access Maribor center from Austria towards Maribor. There is a 2.5 km long waiting line on A1 motorway Maribor-Ljubljana, at Krtina access, junction Zadobrova in the Ljubljana direction. During weekends and holidays there are no restrictions to the traffic flow of HGVs above 7.5 tons., and it will remain so until further notice. Additional explanation regarding the seven-day quarantine for drivers returning in their passenger vehicles to Slovenia - If a driver returning to Slovenia works for a Slovenian entity in domestic and international transport, then he must go into a 7-day quarantine. And if drivers are only transiting through Slovenia in their own passenger vehicles, then the quarantine in Slovenia does not apply to them. • Senkovka ∕ Novi Yurkovich: no delays on entry and exit. • Grejac / Pogar: no delays on entry and exit. • Bacevsk / Trobortnoe: no delays on entry and exit. • Terehovo: no delays on entry and exit, 199 trucks have crossed the border in the last 24 hours. • Paternieki: 15 vehicles waiting on both entry and exit, waiting time 2 hours. 180 trucks have crossed the border in the last 24 hours • Silene: no delays on entry and exit. 69 trucks have crossed the border in the last 24 hours. • Grebnevo: no delays on entry and exit, 59 trucks have crossed the border in the last 24 hours • Domanovo – Makrany: 4 vehicles waiting on both entry and exit. Dobrakovo (MNE) – Gostun (SRB) border crossing: • There are 18 trucks in the waiting line on entry with 2 hours of waiting time. On exit, waiting time 15 minutes. • TCG is dispatched regularly, upon arrival to the border crossing, the trucks are dispatched immediately. • There is no quarantine, Bosnian and foreign drivers are given written instructions to regularly contact epidemiologists

Ilino brdo – Klobuk border crossing from Bosnia: • There are 5 trucks in the waiting line on entry with 30- min wait. No delays on exit. • During the 08.00-12.00 working hours, waiting time is 1.5 hour. After that period, waiting time is 30 minutes. Customs procedures are performed as HGVs arrive on border crossing. • No quarantine. • When entering Montenegro, the road between GP and NK will be closed for traffic every day from 10am till 2pm due to road pavement activities. Debeli Brijeg (MNE) – Karasović (HR) border crossing: • There are 2 trucks in the waiting line on entry with 20 minutes of waiting time. No delays on exit. • There is no separate line for vehicles in transit and they are in the waiting line with the rest of the trucks. However, transit vehicles are given written instructions on deadline to exit Montenegro. • No quarantine.

Božaj (MNE) - Hani i Hotit (AL) Border crossing: • There are 6 trucks in the waiting line on entry with 1 hour of waiting time. On exit, waiting time 15 minutes. • There is no separate line for vehicles in transit and they are in the waiting line with the rest of the trucks. • H. Hotit (MNE): waiting time on entry is 2 hours (20 vehicles), waiting time on exit is 40 minutes (4 vehicles). • Durres (ITA): waiting time on entry is 2 hours (16 vehicles), 3 vehicles waiting on exit, the next ferryboat that leaves at 5pm. • Morine (XK): waiting time on entry is 30 minutes (2 vehicles), waiting time on exit is 1.5 hour (15 vehicles). • Q.Thane (MKD): waiting time on entry is 2 hours, waiting time on exit is 1 hour (7 vehicles). • Kapshtice: waiting time on entry is 30 minutes, waiting time on exit is 1.5 hour (14 vehicles). • Kakavia: waiting time on entry is 45 minutes, waiting time on exit is 1 hour (9 vehicles). • Waiting time is sometimes longer where there are import-export customs clearance operations. • No convoys, individual entries with government authorizations (max 15 min. with permit – obtained through vehicle application on the Traffic Police email address) • Quarantine applies only to Albanian drivers (for the time being, the ones coming from Italy, Austria and Greece), no delays for foreigners.

The restrictions on movement are as follows. Weekends, i.e. Saturday 00.00-13.00h, and then complete restriction on movement up to Monday 5am (only police, military and the media representatives will be on the streets) As of April 13, certain businesses may work up to 5pm (pharmacies, manufacturing, food stores).
