NOTES: • All groups that book a Spanish Course will enjoy a free welcome walking tour. • Activities should be confirmed once you send us booking and some of them are seasonal or dates may be full booked. • Activities with Ticket or Entrance must be booked at least 30 days before your arrival. • In all visits to museums there´s always included a walking tour through the surroundings. • Our Teachers-guide will speak to you in Spanish, so if you need them speak in other languages please tell us. • On Groups over 30 students, a second member of Kingsbrook´s staff will join the group. • Prices where Ticket it´s included are subject to changes if Ticket Fee changes.

PICK UP & TRANSFER SERVICE 2017

School meeting @ kingsbrook If your group comes with it´s own bus, and accommodation booked is Host Families, we can meet your group at the school and families will come to pick up your students. This service is for free.

Pick up service @ the airport A representative of the school will come to meet you at the Airport, take you to the Blue Bus (Ticket Included) to go to Plaça Catalunya on the city centre and help you distribute your students so they can arrive at their accommodations. Cost of this service is a one fee of 60€ plus AeroBus Ticket and Metro Ticket (8€ per student each way).

Transfer from the airport to one point A representative of the school will come to meet you at the Airport with a Bus and take you to the school or another point of the city where she I he will help you distribute your students to their accommodations. 10 I 30 students: 300€ (Arrival) I 250€ (Departure) I 31 I 60 students: 350€ (Arrival) I 300€ (Departure)

Transfer from the airport to more than point A representative of the school will come to meet you at the Airport with a Bus and take you to all accommodations. Cost is same as to one point but adding 15€ per stop. Usually when booking Host Family Option, every 4 students there is an stop.
