Welcome Work in Progress – Dear friends, Progress in Work Many European countries within the PCNE network have moved a long way
since the beginnings of Pharmaceutical Care in the early nineties. And new A Working Symposium of the friends have joined us over the years. Pharmaceutical Care Network Europe (PCNE) We are working in different speeds and on different projects, but we all share the belief that pharmacists and pharmaceutical care as a concept can make a 19-20 February 2016 difference for the patients – and that is what is at our heart: the outcome of the patients. The topic for the coming symposium will be “Work in progress –progress in Pharmakon Conference Center work”. We will share knowledge on how to do deal with complex interventions - Milnersvej 42 that are often in the core of pharmaceutical care research – and take time to 3400 Hillerød make progress in the work of the different working groups. All participants will Denmark have the opportunity to participate in two working groups, making sure that knowledge and ideas are shared in an optimal way. Additionally, there will be Final Program plenty of time to discuss individual projects during poster sessions and oral communications. We are very happy to welcome you back at Pharmakon, in Hillerød – for a few days of debates and discussions on how to move on to secure “Work in progress –progress in work!”
