[email protected]. DIANA'S LAW, CELEBRITY AND THE PAPARAZZI: THE CONTINUING SEARCH FOR A SOLUTION by RIcHARD J. CURRY, JR.t It was a week and a half after my heart surgery and I wasn't even driving. My wife, she was driving the car, and they (paparazzi) cut her off and told her she couldn't go anywhere, any more and they started filming. They had to be put in jail because they lost the lawsuit. The prosecutor went after them and the judge said they were guilty and had committed a crime.
