Job Shadow/Student Outreach 8 students shadowed Parkview supports a job shadowing experience for students interested in exploring careers in healthcare. Students who are 18 years of age or older must be enrolled in an accredited college/university or other medical training class to shadow the medical center staff. Pueblo City Schools Health Academy Program • 39 sophomores attended seminars/11 seniors completed • • 40-hour internship - Health Academy is a 4-year program preparing high school students for the academic rigor of a degree or technical certificate program in healthcare. - Students observe at Parkview during their sophomore and senior years.
