Page 198 4 PRESENTATION DE L’ANNUAIRE ¤ Cet annuaire a pour but de répertorier les différents organismes de l’agriculture biologique au sein du continent européen qui œuvrent dans les domaines de la recherche, la formation, le conseil, le développement ou la certification. Il ne prétend cependant pas fournir une liste exhaustive mais rassembler un maximum d’éléments avec pour objectif de favoriser les contacts entre les acteurs français et les acteurs européens de l’agriculture biologique. ¤ Pour chaque pays, l’annuaire donne un aperçu général de l’agriculture biologique (expression agriculture biologique traduite dans la ou les langue(s) officielle(s), contexte, bref historique, statistiques…). Ensuite, les organismes sont listés par ordre alphabétique dans un tableau présentant leurs principales caractéristiques et activités, dont : - Présence sur la base de données des acteurs de la bio en ligne d’ABioDoc ; - Activité de conseil, auprès d’entreprises ou d’agriculteurs ; - Activité de recherche en agriculture biologique, recherche fondamentale et/ou expérimentations sur le terrain ; - Activité de développement de la bio (régionale, nationale ou internationale) auprès des producteurs, des principaux opérateurs ou pour les consommateurs ; - Activité de formation, diplômante ou non, regroupant les universités, écoles d’agriculture ou organismes proposant des formations courtes ; - Activité dans la certification, organismes certificateurs ou services opérant en matière de réglementation ; - Activité dans les productions, organismes de recherche avec une activité de production, opérateurs avec une activité de production (semencier expérimentateur par exemple). ¤ La recherche des organismes peut s’effectuer de différentes manières : - Par pays (à partir du sommaire, page 3) - Par nom (à partir de l’index alphabétique, page 187) - Par activité (à partir de l’index thématique, page 198). ¤ Les coordonnées des organismes sont composées du nom, de l’adresse, du numéro de téléphone, de l’adresse du site Internet et du courriel lorsque l’ensemble de ces informations étaient accessibles. Informations sur les données : Les coordonnées et les noms des organismes ne sont pas toujours traduits en français (présence d’anglais surtout et des langues nationales). Les informations présentes sur cet annuaire sont fournies à titre indicatif. Elles sont cependant suceptibles de changer au cours du temps (noms, coordonnées, site Internet) et ABioDoc ne saurait être tenu pour responsable des changements survenus à la suite de la collecte des informations. 5 ABioDoc et la base de données des acteurs de la bio ABioDoc, le Centre français de ressources documentaires en agriculture biologique, gère la plus importante base de données documentaire française spécialisée en agriculture biologique et qui est accessible à tous depuis son site Internet. ABioDoc est un service de VetAgro Sup, Etablissement d’enseignement supérieur et de recherche en agriculture et en agroalimentaire. Il a pour missions la veille, le traitement et la diffusion d’informations intéressant les acteurs de l’agriculture biologique mais aussi toute personne intéressée par cette thématique. Les données collectées concernent les aspects techniques, économiques et réglementaires en agriculture biologique, mais également des domaines connexes tels que l’agriculture durable, l’agroenvironnement, les énergies renouvelables… Les services d’ABioDoc comprennent : V un fonds documentaire accessible à tout public et comportant plus de 2000 ouvrages et une centaine de revues ; V une base de données bibliographique (Biobase), comportant plus de 24 000 références, accessible gratuitement depuis le site Internet d’ABioDoc www.abiodoc.com ; V une revue bibliographique mensuelle d’actualité (Biopresse) accessible par abonnement en format papier ou pdf ; V un service questions réponses permettant de commander des listes bibliographiques personnalisées, des photocopies de documents, des prêts d’ouvrages … ; V la base de données des Acteurs de la bio. Par ailleurs, ABioDoc participe à des projets de recherche et recherche-développement, aux échelles régionale, nationale, voire internationale. Depuis 2010, il partage ses outils documentaires avec un organisme québécois, le CETAB+ (Centre d’expertise et de transfert technologique sur l’agriculture biologique et de proximité) qui est chargé de la veille sur l’Amérique du nord. La base de données des acteurs de la bio est un répertoire en ligne accessible librement depuis le site d’ABioDoc. Cette base regroupe, à la fois, les organismes et les personnes, qui travaillent dans le secteur de l’agriculture biologique : dans le conseil, la formation, la recherche, le développement, l’animation et la certification. Cette base de données permet de trouver des contacts et de favoriser les relations entre les différents acteurs. Chacun, personne ou organisme évoluant dans les activités citées ci-dessus, peut s’inscrire dans cette base et renseigner sa fiche. Les organismes de cet annuaire sont, pour certains, inscrits dans cette base. Les informations contenues dans la base de données des acteurs de la bio, sont beaucoup plus complètes que dans cet annuaire. Cette base comporte les détails des activités des organismes inscrits, leurs coordonnées, leur secteur géographique ou encore leurs missions principales. La consultation de la base de données des acteurs de la bio est ainsi complémentaire aux données présentées dans cet annuaire. 6 ¤ LA BIO EN EUROPE L’Europe est le principal berceau de l’agriculture biologique et de ses courants liés. Les premiers agrobiologistes étaient allemands, autrichiens, suisse ou anglais. La surface en agriculture biologique en Europe couvre 10 002 087 hectares. Cela représente 2,06% de la SAU totale du continent et 277 362 producteurs pour l’année 2010. Entre les années 2009 et 2010, l’Europe a connu une expansion de 8,7 % de ses surfaces, là où les autres continents régressent ou stagnent (sauf l’Afrique avec une croissance de 4,8%). De plus, neuf des dix pays avec la plus forte proportion de bio dans la SAU sont européens (Liechtenstein, Autriche, Suisse, Suède, Danemark…). Les principaux marchés sont l’Allemagne, la France et le Royaume-Uni en termes de volumes. Les principaux consommateurs sont les Suisses (153 €/an/habitant) et les Danois (142 €/an/habitant). L’Europe comporte des réseaux de recherche, de développement et de coopération entre les différents pays. L’IFOAM (la fédération internationale des mouvements pour l’agriculture biologique) siège également en Europe. Le continent est un des berceaux de l’idéologie, de la recherche, des cahiers des charges et de l’engagement historique en faveur de la bio. Dans l’Union européenne, en 2010, l’agriculture biologique couvre 9 016 097 hectares et représente 5,1% de la SAU et 219 431 producteurs. L’UE dispose d’une réglementation bio identique pour tous les membres et appliquée dans la plupart des autres pays. La Suisse, par exemple, dispose

It studies the work of memory (its formation, inventing, and forgetting), depending on political conditions in the country and in comparison with Europe. Emphasis is put on absence of female educated elites in the Bulgarian collective memory and in national reputation elites. The paper studies through historical and anthropological approach the presences/absences of women intellectuals in “realms of memory” (Pierre Nora). The research is done basing on discourse analysis of memorial plaques, monuments, names of streets, and squares. 1. Commemorative Plaques The register of the Sofia Municipality and a field work are sources of the research of memorial plaques in Sofia placed in honor of Bulgarian and foreign women with contribution to the Bulgarian history. A total of 40 of memorial plaques were detected and studied. Plaques were placed irregularly in time and an enhanced public interest in this kind of activity has been observed in the last 10 years. The procedure accepted in the Regulations of the Sofia Municipality requires the submission of a proposal by a Steering Committee, documentary agreement by the owner of the building, support by a Municipal Councilor and a majority during voting by Sofia Municipal Council.

CLAIR Zhivko Hristov New Bulgarian University, Sofia, Bulgaria Abstract Analyzing the vocabulary and the stylistic techniques in the works of the two authors, dedicated to Bulgaria, the article aims to contribute to a change of the two seemingly contrasting attitudes in their Bulgarian reception. The first is the implicit attitude to MacGahan as a "dangerous" author whose work is not even published with its true title - "The Turkish atrocities in Bulgaria". The focus of the analysis are the passages that deal with the Bulgarian material culture and education, as well as their axiological charge. The second is the negative value-based perception of the Bulgaro-phobic texts of St. Clair, an author obviously considered ineligible for translating into Bulgarian. However, his work might be a valuable source of knowledge about the culture of the Bulgarian national revival, provided that our reception remains neutral and unaffected by his derogatory language. Starting from the incorporated cultural capital brought by immigrants in the form of habitus (Bulgarian language and culture), I analyse how this devaluated cultural capital in the migratory context is effectively reconverted in other forms of cultural capital (objectified and institutionalized) through the development of non- formal and formal courses on Bulgarian language and culture. In this analysis I show the articulation between, on the one hand, the contexts where these informal, non-formal and formal courses take place and, on the other hand, the reconversion of different forms of social and cultural capital: the initial bonding social capital between family members and close group of compatriots is effectively reconverted into bridging and linking social capital as the organization of these courses requires and contributes to the diversification of social networks. The analysis has also a gender dimension given that in most cases, and certainly in the case of Burgos, women are the main social actors and makers of these strategies. The main objective of the article is to show the relevance of social interaction and social networks in the development of reconversion strategies of different forms of social and cultural capital.
