Notice of Establishment of Overseas Offices in China
We are pleased to announce that our consolidated subsidiary Nipro Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has established sales offices in Xi'an, the capital of Shaanxi Province, Wuhan, the capital of Hubei Province, Hefei, the capital of Anhui Province, and Xiamen in Fujian Province of the People's Republic of China. In China, our sales activities have been carried out mainly through the head office in Shanghai, offices in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenyang, Changsha, Zhengzhou, Kunming, Harbin, Chengdu and Chongqing, and representative offices in various parts of the country. The newly opened Xi'an, Wuhan, Hefei and Xiamen offices will further strengthen the sales and service network covering northwestern, central, and eastern China to provide more community-based, meticulous services and respond to the needs of the medical scene, thereby enhancing the presence of the “Nipro brand.” With the addition of newly established Xi'an, Wuhan, Hefei and Xiamen offices, the Nipro Group now has 207 overseas bases in 56 countries. Going forward, we will continue to promote expansion of overseas bases and endeavor to increase sales and production capabilities.
