Sep.8, 2020 NIPRO CORPORATION Notice of Establishment of Overseas Offices in China We are pleased to announce that our consolidated subsidiary Nipro Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has established sales offices in Xi'an, the capital of Shaanxi Province, Wuhan, the capital of Hubei Province, Hefei, the capital of Anhui Province, and Xiamen in Fujian Province of the People's Republic of China. In China, our sales activities have been carried out mainly through the head office in Shanghai, offices in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenyang, Changsha, Zhengzhou, Kunming, Harbin, Chengdu and Chongqing, and representative offices in various parts of the country.
