Conclusion

 More power generation is required to meet the power demand for economic development.  To reduce losses and conserve electric energy for future energy sufficiency, the existing thermal power plants should be uprated and IPP with the higher efficiency machine shall be selected.  IPPs shall participate in the promote electricity production from new and renewable energy sources.
