LEINTZ GATZAGA / Salinas de Leniz HONDAKIN KUDEAKETA KOKAPENA Leintz Gatzaga Gipuzkoako hegomendebaldeko muturrean dago, Araba eta Gipuzkoa arteko mugan. Leintz bailarako lehenengo herri hau Debagoieneko eskualdean dago. Izan ere, bailarari izena ematen dion ibaiak, Debak, Leintz Gatzagako lurretan du jaiolekua. HONDAKIN KUDEAKETA Leintz Gatzagako herritarrok sortzen ditugun hondakinen kudeaketa Debagoineko Mankomunitatearen esku dago. Mankomunitate hau Elgeta, Bergara, Antzuola, Oñati, Arrasate, Aretxabaleta, Eskoriatza eta Leintz Gatzagako udalak osatzen dugu, 62.720 biztanleei zerbitzua emanez. Mankomunitateak bakarrik zein udalekin batera era partekatuan bere gain hartzen du hondakinen kudeaketa. Bere baitan Ingurumen Zerbitzua kudeatzen du, beste gauzen artean, etxeetako zein hiri hondakinen bilketa, Arrasate, Bergara eta Oñatiko Garbiguneak, Garbigune Mugikorra, Epeleko hondakin inerteen zabortegia, azpiegiturak… Baliabideen, herritarren ohituereen eta zerbitzuen beharreen eboluzioari egokitzen den kudeaketa. http://www.debagoiena.eus/eu/ingurumena UDALERRIAREN ETA HONDAKIN KUDEAKETAREN EZAUGARRIAK Administrazioek behartuta gaude sortzen ditugun hondakinen kudeaketaren prebentzio eta optimizazioa sustatzera, hondakinik ez sortzeari lehentasuna emanez. Sortzen ditugun hondakinen ezaugarrien azterketa egin ostean, nabarmena da materia organikoaren kantitatea hiri-hondakin bezala, pisu totalaren % 40-50 izanik. Read, Ph. D., Dean, Graduate School May, 2013 i Abstract A centenarian Basque soccer club, Athletic Club (Bilbao) is the ethnographic locus of this dissertation. From a center of the Industrial Revolution, a major European port of capitalism and the birthplace of Basque nationalism and political violence, Bilbao turned into a post-Fordist paradigm of globalization and gentrification. Beyond traditional axes of identification that create social divisions, what unites Basques in Bizkaia province is a soccer team with a philosophy unique in the world of professional sports: Athletic only recruits local Basque players. Playing local becomes an important source of subjectivization and collective identity in one of the best soccer leagues (Spanish) of the most globalized game of the world. This dissertation takes soccer for a cultural performance that reveals relevant anthropological and sociological information about Bilbao, the province of Bizkaia, and the Basques. Early in the twentieth century, soccer was established as the hegemonic sports culture in Spain and in the Basque Country; it has become a multi- billion business, and it serves as a powerful political apparatus and symbolic capital. -

Ref.: 24007/AT-H-2011-82. Por Resolución de 23 de abril de 2012, del Director de Energía y Minas, del Departamento de Industria, Innovación, Comercio y Turismo, se declaró, a petición de la empresa Iberdrola Distribución Eléctrica SAU, la Utilidad Pública de la ampliación de la faja de servidumbre de la línea eléctrica aérea a 30 kV Altzo-Bidania y sus derivaciones, en los términos municipales de Altzo, Alegia, Tolosa, Albiztur y Bidegoian. Dicha declaración de Utilidad Pública, a tenor de lo dispuesto en el artículo 54 de la Ley 54/1997, de 27 de noviembre, del Sector Eléctrico, (BOE de 28-11-1997), lleva implícita la necesidad de ocupación de los bienes y derechos afectados, da lugar a la urgente ocupación de los mismos y determina las consecuencias que para la declaración de urgente ocupación dispone el artículo 52 de la Ley de Expropiación Forzosa de 16 de diciembre de 1954, con los efectos registrales del artículo 53 de la misma. -
