CAI worked closely with the local management team to implement a hub development programme that included airline engagement, route development and destination marketing. Within two years, KFIA was recognised with a Routes Airport Marketing Award (Middle East) at the 8th Routes Asia Conference in 2010. In 2016, passenger traffic at KFIA had grown 110% from 2008. KFIA surpassed its competitor airport for the fourth consecutive year to become the largest airport by traffic volume in its catchment. The airport was also named the Most Improved Airport in the Middle East, and third Best Airport by Region (Middle East), at the Airports Council International 2015 Airport Service Quality Awards.     Cassation Court: “Anapa” Airport” OJSC unlawfully refused to provide possibility to “Aeroflot – Russian Airlines” OJSC for delivering its own fuel in Vityazevo airport 16 августа 2010, 17:31 On 10th August 2010, the Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow District dismissed the claim of “Anapa” Airport” OJSC and confirmed validity of the decision made by the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia). On 24th June 2009, FAS Russia found that “Anapa” Airport” OJSC violated Part 1 Article 10 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” (abusing market dominance). FAS did not issue a determination because the company terminated its activities for providing fuel to aircrafts. “Anapa” Airport” OJSC violated the law by refusing to provide “Aeroflot – Russian Airlines” OJSC possibility to deliver its own fuel in Anapa airport (Vityazevo), which resulted or could have resulted in infringing the interests of “Aeroflot – Russian Airlines” OJSC and restricting competition on the market of air transportation. Courts confirming legitimacy of the FAS Russia’s decisions on ensuring access to airport services and infrastructure show development of the necessary law-enforcement practice on the issues of providing access to airport services. FAS Russia fined the company 400,000 Rubles. I also compare the cash flow coverage ratio and cash interest coverage ratio with traditional ratios, JEL classification: G39, L25, L93 such as current ratio and interest coverage ratio respectively. Conducting a correlation analysis, I trace the nexus between the above pairs of ratios. Results As the research proves, the current ratio and cash flow coverage ratio do not correlate strongly. Users should better use respective cash flow ratios to get more full and accurate information. Relying on their strong correlation, the cash interest coverage ratio can be applied to a greater extent to analyze the financial standing of entities.
