    LISTING PARTICULARS U.S.$328,274,000 2015-1 Pass Through Trust Pass Through Certificates, Series 2015-1A __________________ Bosphorus Pass Through Certificates, Series 2015-1A are being offered under this offering memorandum (the “Class A Certificates” or “Certificates”). A trust (the “Trust”) has been established to issue the Class A Certificates. This offering is being made in connection with the financing of three new Boeing 777-300ER aircraft scheduled to be delivered in March 2015 and April 2015 (each, an “Aircraft”). The proceeds from the sale of the Class A Certificates will initially be held in escrow. The Trust will use the escrowed funds to acquire equipment notes (the “Equipment Notes”) to be issued by Bosphorus 2015 LLC, as issuer (the “Issuer”).     Current Situation The death toll from the COVID-19 pandemic that originated in Wuhan, China was recorded at 8,246 as of March 18, while the total number of confirmed cases has reached over 204,277 worldwide. As of March 18, new cases were confirmed in Barbados, Djibouti, Gambia, Kyrgyzstan, Montenegro, and Zambia. First COVID-19-related deaths were recorded in Bangladesh, Guatemala, Brazil, Turkey, and Moldova. In Burkina Faso, the death of a Member of Parliament on March 18 marked the first COVID-related death in the country as well. In Europe, the EU announced a ban on travelers from outside the bloc for 30 days, as of March 18. The measure is expected to apply to all EU member states, as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland. Meanwhile, Belgium introduced a partial lockdown on March 18, with residents only allowed to leave their homes in order to buy essential goods, receive medical attention, or go to banks. In Serbia, all residents will be required to remain indoors between 20:00-05:00 (local time) each night. On March 17, authorities in Saudi Arabia suspended prayers at mosques across the Kingdom until further notice. Tunisian authorities also declared a nationwide curfew every night from 18:00 (local time) to 06:00, starting on March 18. Expansion of commercial agreements or alliances with other airlines has become a key reaction to the increasingly competitive marketplace. In the absence, for regulatory reasons, of cross-border mergers these are the principal means by which the industry can consolidate internationally. The failure of airlines such as Sabena and Swlssair has also enforced restructuring at some of Europe's busier airports. This paper analyses the developments which have been taking place and attempts to itentify the implications for airline network _s and the function of different hub airports. Airlines have rationalised their networks by withdrawing services that feed the hubs of rival alliances. New ;links have however _ created hthatare made feasible by the alliance support. The range of services available to passengers in long-haul markets to/from Europe is evaluated before and after recent industry reorganisation. Hubs are crucial to interlink the route networks of parmers in an alliance. However, duplication between nearby hub airports that find themselves within the same airline alliance can lead to loss of service at the weaker locations.
