4. Delegated and implementing acts
4.1 Delegated acts under scrutiny
Three Delegated Acts are currently under scrutiny:
Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) …/... of 24.2.2017 amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/118 establishing fisheries conservation measures for the protection of the marine environment in the North Sea (C(2017) 1162 final).
At the request of the S&D Group, an extension of the deadline to object has been introduced. Parliament has until 24 June 2017 to object to it.
Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) …/... of 2.3.2017 amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/117 establishing fisheries conservation measures for the protection of the marine environment in the Baltic Sea and repealing Regulation (EU) 2015/1778 (C(2017) 1249 final).
At the request of the S&D Group, an extension of the deadline to object has been introduced. Parliament has until 2 July 2017 to object to it.
Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) …/... of 18.4.2017 amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/98 on the implementation of the Union's international obligations, as referred to in Article 15(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1380/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, under the International Convention for the Conservation of the Atlantic Tunas and the Convention on Future Multilateral Cooperation in the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries ((2017) (C(2017) 2358 final).
Parliament has until 18 June 2017 to object to it.
Decision: The Coordinators took note of the delegated acts under scrutiny and of the new deadlines. The S&D and ALDE Coordinators expressed concerns regarding the Delegated Acts on fisheries conservation measures in the North Sea and in the Baltic Sea. A draft Motion for Resolution may be put on the Agenda of the May meeting.

Decision: The Coordinators took note of the implementing acts under preparation.
5. Hearings
5.1. Hearing on “Consumption of fish in Europe: new forms of food education” on 21 June 2017 from 15.00 to 17.00.
Decision: The Coordinators approved the draft programme of the hearing.
6. Missions/Delegations
6.1. Mission to Madeira from 22 to 25 May 2017
Decision: The final programme of the mission and the list of participants were approved.
6.2. Mission to Mecklenburg-Vorpommern from 17 to 19 July 2017
Decision: The Coordinators took note of the draft mission programme and list of participants.

7.1. Motion for Resolution pursuant to Rule 128(5) - High-Level UN Ocean Conference
Decision: The Coordinators approved the proposed Oral Question and Motion for Resolution - including a slight modification to paragraph 4 - in view of the High-Level UN Ocean Conference (scheduled for 5-9 June 2017 in New York) and agreed to put them to the vote of the full Committee under item 11 of the Agenda.
7.2. CCC - Update on Brexit negotiations
The Chair reported on the latest exchange with Mr Verhofstadt, EP coordinator for Brexit negotiations, which took place in the CCC meeting of 4 April 2017.
Decision: The Chair was mandated to address a letter to the President and Mr Verhofstadt to express the Committee‘s concerns about future sectoral resolutions related to Brexit negotiations and to reiterate the invitation to come to a PECH Committee meeting.
7.3. Structured Dialogue - Commission Work Programme 2018
In the context of the Structured Dialogue with the Commission, the Chair of the Conference of Committee Chairs, invited Committees to submit by 19 May 2017 their key messages to be addressed to the Commission in view of their 2018 Work PE603.039v01-00 8/15 PV\1123585EN.docx EN Programme (i.e. requests for key proposals to be adopted before the end of the legislative term, dissatisfaction for the non-delivery of proposals, etc.)
Decision: The Coordinators took note of the CCC request; the political groups are invited to submit any inputs to the secretariat by 10 May 2017.
7.4. Request for a new INI-report
Decision: The Coordinators took note of the proposal made by the ALDE Group, but agreed to consider up to 3 proposals for new INI reports at the next meeting.
7.5. Invitation of the “Fisheries Transparency Initiative”
The Greens Coordinator proposed to invite a representative of the “Fisheries Transparency Initiative” (FITI) to a future Committee meeting.
