As Epic As It Gets TEAM BURRY STANDER – SONGO AS EPIC WINS CAPE EPIC, ROCKSHOX TEAMS AS IT GETS SWEEP TOP 5 CAPE EPIC 2013 - GENERAL CLASSIFICATION Jaroslav Kulhavy and Cristoph Sauser (Specialized) won the 2013 Cape Epic racing as team Burry Stander – Songo. The team was 1. Jaroslav Kulhavy and Christoph Sauser created in honor of their late team mate Burry Stander, who was the Team Burry Stander - Songo victim of a car accident while training at home in South Africa last (Specialized, SRAM XX1, RockShox SID 29 January, and to promote the Songo charity for children. Cannondale Factory Racing Current XC World Champion Nino Schurter and Florian Vogel of Scott (Cannondale, SRAM X0 TYPE 2, Swisspower finished 12th after a couple of unlucky stages and a big Monarch XX, Avid XX brakes) crash that almost ended Florian’s race. SRAM was officially present at Cape Epic to support both its www.sram.com sponsored athletes and all those who rode SRAM, RockShox, Avid and TRUVATIV components. Sauser/Kessiakoff siegten im Spurt vor Roel Paulissen/Bart Brentjens.
