MEDIA CENTER:

The Albstadt Media Centre is located very close to the start and finish line. Directions are available throughout the area and the building is within easy walking distance of the media car park. The centre will be provided with around 67 power sockets /European/German type/, but in busy times please note you may need to share this facility. A plasma screen will also be provided with a live television broadcast from the race.

PARKING FOR MEDIA All Media pass holders will be directed to park in the Media Parking which is located OUTSIDE OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE (IHK PARKING AREA) with an easy access to the Media Centre, approx. 150meters away. All accredited journalists and photographers may ask for a Press Parking card at the Accreditation Office. Without this card you will not be allowed to enter the Media Parking.

REFRESHMENTSTea, coffee, water, Redbull will be provided all days. Also it´s possible to order a Lunchbox. No possibility to buy food or drinks, in the Event Village due to CODID 19 regulations!

PHOTO & VIDEOGRAPHERS BIBS

Photo -and Videographers Bibs will be issued with bibs that must be worn at all times when photographing in the Event Village and around the course. Bibs require a deposit of 50 EUR, which will be returned when you hand back the bib at the end of the event.The bibs must be prominently worn on the body.

RED BIBS are for priority access media photographers who are allowed anywhere around the course, but not on the track.They can cross the track anywhere, regarding the safety of the riders an tehm- selves. They are allowed to stay on the track. They have access to the designated photo zones, the start an finsih lines. Photo zones are cleary marked.

YELLOW BIBSare provided to all other media photographers accredited with access to photo areas around the course and to the start line. Photo zones are clearly marked.

BLUE BIB Non-rights holder filming media, access just to dedicated media areas. The have no accessto the track and no rights to film any race. They have access to the interview areas (masks needs to worn).

PHOTOGRAPHY RULES We would like to stress that at no time should photographers step beyond the tape barriers, except for photographers with red bibs. Please adhere to these rules and listen to marshals when instructed. Flash photography is allowed, but please be considerate of competitors when using flash during events. Never stay on the track for photos.

TV CREWS A restricted number of filming accreditation is possible, only the rights holder and team Videographer have the right to film the race. For all other filming accreditation, it is NOT ALLOWED to film the RACE or Podium. Access to race footage can be requested via UCI. Please contact [email protected], costs for rights clearance might be included.

START LISTS AND RESULTS The rider entry list will be available on the UCI website, and a latest print version will be made available in the media center. Please bear in mind that due to last minute changes, the entries list cannot be guaranteed as accurate. So please refer to start lists at media center when necessary. Start lists and results will be published in the media center as soon as they are available by UCI.

AWARD CEREMONIES Award ceremonies will take place according to the schedule of the program. Media Photographers and one camera of the Host Broadcaster have a cordoned-off section in front of the podium where they will be able to stand. There is NO designated area for team photographers. No right holders and team videographers have NO RIGHT to film the ceremony.

INTERVIEWS This year interviews will be only very limited. No press conferences will be held. There is a mixed zone between finish line and team area 2 close to the Zollern-Alb-Halle, where all ri- ders (except the top 5) have to pass. Each interviewer in the mixed zone has to keep distance and take appropriate hygiene measures. For audio interviews, please use a selfie stick or similar to keep the distance. Flash interviews after the flower ceremony will be done with a microphone on a stand. To access the interview area masks needs to be worn!Red Bull TV will provide audio files of the flash interviews to download for all journalists instead of the press conference.

1. General information • The event area will be completely fenced in. Only persons with the appropriate accreditation and a daily updated negative corona test result • A minimum distance of 1.5 m must be observed • Mouth and nose protection (OP mask/FFP2 mask) must be worn throughout the entire event area • Sufficient disinfection materials are available for use everywhere • Before entering the Corona Test Center, the Accreditation Center and the Press Center in the Zollern-Alb-Halle, it is compulsory to thoroughly disinfect the hands • Each participant will receive an entry wristband which indicates the areas to which the person will be allowed to enter • Accreditation will be withdrawn from persons who do not comply with the regulations in force

The entire team of the person tested positive will be required to go into segregation • Segregation must take place in a suitable facility (segregation site) in accordance with Section § 30 (1) of the Infection Protection Act (IfSG).
