Elde edilen sonuçlara göre avcılıkta kullanılan teknelerin boyları 3.0-5.0 metre arasında değişiklik göstermekte ve %71.0’lik oran ile de 3.6-4.0 metre boy uzunluğundaki tekneler çoğunluğu oluşturmaktadır. Balıkçı teknele- rinin %91,3’lük kısmı ahşap malzemeden yapılmıştır. Aşağı Sakarya Nehri’ndeki balıkçıların İ.R. 0000-0003-4599-6780 eğitim durumları incelendiğinde %91.3’ünün ilköğretim ve %8.7’sinin lise mezunu olduğu tespit H.C. 0000-0003-3025-1444 edilmiştir. Aşağı Sakarya Nehri’ndeki balıkçıların %65.2’si çiftçilikle uğraşmakta iken %21.7’si- C.A. 0000-0002 -7336-0387 nin emekli olduğu belirlenmiştir. Balıkçıların mesleği seçme nedenleri arasında ilk sırada %59.4’lük oranla aile bütçesine katkı gelmektedir. Sonuç olarak Türkiye nehirleri balıkçılığı araş- tırılarak bir yönetim modeli oluşturulmalıdır.
