Sehr geehrter Herr Landtagsabgeordneter Leitner, in Bezug auf Ihre Anfrage kann ich Ihnen folgendes mitteilen: 1. Ist eine politische Frage der Gemeinde, die im Zusamenhang mit Umweltmaßnahmen und Einzugsgebiet steht. Der Vorschlag ist, 2/3 Gemeinde und 1/3 Land und wird mit dem Gemeindenverband vereinbart. Die Beschlüsse werden dann von der Landesregierung gefasst. 2. Diese Frage entfällt. 3. Successivamente fu annessa alle terre della corona austro-ungarica, costituendo con il Vorarlberg la zona più occidentale della monarchia asburgica. Solo dopo la divisione del Tirolo, avvenuta nel 1919, il territorio iniziò a essere chiamato “SÜDTIROL”. Dal 1927 la denominazione ufficiale divenne “PROVINCIA DI BOLZANO”. Nel 1972, invece, venne riconosciuto ufficialmente il nome “PROVINCIA AUTONOMA DI BOLZANO” e, in tedesco, “AUTONOME PROVINZ BOZEN”. Dal 2002, anche la Costituzione della Repubblica Italiana riporta questa denominazione.
