ANDMA Takhar office @10;00am Participants; ACTED, Concern WW, Mission East, AKF, DACAAR, SFL, IOM, UNHCR, ASLO, ANDMA, DoRR, ANDMA and UNOCHA # Agenda Discussions Action points 1 Welcome and introduction OCHA warmly welcomed the participants and participant introduced themselves to each other 2 Updates on conflict IDPs assessment and responses. DoRR; Thanked the humanitarian team for on time responding of the conflict IDPs in Takhar provincial level, He added recently we have conflict IDPs from Badakhshan, Kunduz, Baghlan and some districts of , however we are filtering the petition during the receiving but the number of petitions are increased and in conflict IDPs screening committee meeting which we had 575 applicants and out those there are selected 373 families to be assessed. In last screening committee meeting we had a number of IDPS and out of the mentioned number we agreed to assess the vulnerable conflict IPDs. Recently 203 conflict IDPs which was verified by joint assessments responded by UNHCR and ACTED.

WFP has assessed the prolong IDPs in Baharak, Dashti Qala and Baharak there was OCHA will follow with WFP for proposed to respond the IDPs. I hope UNHOCHA will follow with WFP for responding the responding the verified prolong verified prolong IDPs in Takhar; IDPs in Takhar. (108 in Baharak camp, 26 Dashti Qala 26 Dashti Qazi with host community 12 families’ in khas- kpa areas).

UNHCR; The conflict IDPs who are in need of tents and NFI will be covered by UNHCR and DoRR will share the list of IDPs DoRR will kindly share list of the people who are in need of Tent and NFI.UNHCR has started who are in need of shelters and post distribution monitoring in some parts of Takhar we will see to find the needed people to NFI. respond by NFI and Tents. ACTED; we have responded the 199 conflict IDP families in Takhar and will start assessment after EID.

UNHCR has assessed the Baharak IDP camps for need of tents and they has decide to UNHCR will distribute tents for distribute tents for the IDPs . the Baharak IDP camp.

3 WASH gaps in conflict IPDs camps in Baharak and Dashti As it was discussed in in three last OCT meetings the conflict IDPs of Baharak are in need of . Qala districts of Takhar drinking water, the issue has followed by UNOCHA with the WASH clusters team, but there is province. not received any feedback from WASH cluster team. The Baharak conflict IDPs are in need of UNOCHA will follow with WASH drinking water, on July the IDPs were watered by Concern WW and subsequently based on OCT cluster team for providing team request ME has provided drinking water for the month of Aug.2017. while the ME plan will drinking water in Baharak IDP be ended on end of Aug. 2017. IPD camp for more one week Mission East (ME) has plan to install 33 latrines and 33 bathrooms inside the Baharak IDP because of EID. camps. The OCT meeting team requested ME to provide water for the IDPs during the EID days,

We have distributed 600 bags of flour for the conflict IDPs and we have distributed 400 bags of flour for the fire affected families in city, a number of them rejected to receive the flour and most of them have received.

ANDMA plan to distribute oil, pea and IOM will continue to implement sugar for the 100 poor families of Taloqan city before EID. the approved risk reduction projects in Farkhar and this Based on contract IOM has started its disaster risk reduction programs. 5 points were selected issue will be informed to Hazar and identified in different parts of Takhar province. IOM to implement the project because the governmental project which was applied in Hazar Sumuch it couldn’t solve the community problem. The team agreed that IOM will go ahead to implement its project in Farkhar because its finalized and from other side the same project was implemented in Hazar Sumuch.

Qulbers district risk reduction IOM has constructed 1145 cubic meters’ gabion wall, the agriculture land was under the threat of flood and now the community problem has been solved.

IOM will have two Risk Reduction project in Poli li qaq areas of the flood destroyed areas. IOM will also start its CBDR projects in two districts of Takhar which are Farkhar and Rustaq districts, according to IOM the selected areas are vulnerable area.

ASLO; has implemented the risk reduction in Taloqan and Rustaq districts and made the map of risk and so far 600 people have been received trainings, the project was funded by ME.

ANDMA; for better coordination the agencies will inform officially ANDMA for their risk reduction and their project implementation.

Concern WW; implement CBDR in Rustaq, Cha -ab , Chall and Namak ab districts of Takhar province.

FOCUS; works in six villages in Talqoan and four villages in Kalafgan district implementing the CBDRM projects, the projects activities are coordinated with ANDMA.

ACTED; will cover the ERM seven and they will respond the natural disaster affected families.

IOM and ANDAM recorded projects are not coordinated and natural disasters assessment reports can be share with UNOCHA.
