Recommendations The draft Mt Lindesay/Beaudesert Strategic Transport Network Investigation report recommends that the Department of Transport and Main Roads undertake further detailed corridor investigations for the Mt Lindesay Highway, a north south road link east of the Mt Lindesay Highway, the Southern Infrastructure Corridor (road) and the Springfield to Greenbank Arterial. It also recommends that the Logan City and Scenic Rim Councils plan for a transport system that will accommodate growth expected in Flagstone, Yarrabilba, Beaudesert, Bromelton and Greenbank to address the intra-regional road networks. The Mt Lindesay Highway, Southern Infrastructure Corridor (road) and north/south road link east of the Mt Lindesay Highway corridor studies are considered the highest priority, based on anticipated growth to 2036.
