INDIAN RAILWAYS ON THE FAST TRACK TO ACHIEVE NET ZERO CARBON EMISSIONS BY 2030 ACKNOWLEDGMENT The report has been prepared under UK's Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), formerly known as Department of International Development (DFID), Power Sector Reforms (PSR) Programme in India.
