b that it will also apply this delete Convention to information relating to groups of persons, associations, foundations, companies, corporations and any other bodies consisting directly or indirectly of individuals, whether or not such bodies possess legal personality; c that it will also apply this delete Convention to personalersonal data files which are nnotot processed automatically. 3 Any Statee which has deletedelete extended the scope of this Convention by any of the declarations providedvided for in susubb- paragraph 2.b or c above may give notice in the saidd decdeclarationlaration that such extensions shallshall apply onlyonly to certain categoriesories of personal data files, a list ooff which will be deposited. 4 Any Partyy which has deletedelete excluded certainn categories ooff automated personalnal data files by a declaration providedded for in susubb- paragraph 2.a aabovebove may not claim the applicationication of this Convention to suchuch categories byy a Party which hasas not exclexcludedudeedd them. 5 Likewise, a Party whwhichhich hashaas deleteded lete not made one oror otherother ofof tthehe extensions providedded ffoforor in subsubu - paragraphs 2b andnd c aboveaba ovo e mmamayy not claim the applicationpplication off tthishis Convention on thesehese poinpointstss with respect to a Party which has made such extensions.

6 The declarations provided delete for in paragraph 2 above shall take effect from the moment of the entry into force of the Convention with regard to the State which has made them if they have been made at the time of signature or deposit of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, or three months after their receipt byy the Secretary General of the Councilouncil of Europe if they have beenen made at anyany later time. These ddeclarationseclarations mamayy be withdrawn, in whole or in part, by a notification addressed to thethe Secretary Generall of the Council of Europe. Such wwithdrawalsithdrawals shall take effect three mmonthsonths afterafter ththee date of receipteipt of such notification.
