The Year in Brief Net sales increased 3.9 percent to SEK 91,060 million (87,661) driven by strong mobile and broadband growth in all TeliaSonera’s markets and acquisitions in the home markets. Strong subscription growth year on year: – 1.5 million new subscriptions in the majority-owned Nordic, Baltic and Eurasian operations. – 14.4 million new subscriptions in the associated companies. Operating income, excluding non-recurring items, increased to SEK 26,751 million (20,107) million. All operations contributed to the rise. International Mobile operations generated more than 30 percent of group operating income. EBITDA margin excluding non-recurring items rose to 35.4 percent (33.6). The improvement was especially due to higher margins in Sweden, Finland and Denmark. Free cash fl ow increased to SEK 16,596 million (15,594). Net income attributable to shareholders of the parent company increased to SEK 16,987 million (11,697) and earnings per share to SEK 3.78 (2.56). Total proposed dividend of SEK 6.30 per share (SEK 28,291 million) comprising: – Proposed ordinary dividend of SEK 1.80 per share (SEK 8,083 million). – In addition to the ordinary dividend, a distribution of SEK 10,104 million to the shareholders through an extraordinary dividend of SEK 2.25 per share is proposed. – Furthermore, an additional distribution of SEK 10,104 million to the shareholders through an additional extraordinary dividend of SEK 2.25 per share is proposed.     Analysis of the market for access and call origination on public mobile telephone networks Annex 1 Case 1804194 26.03.2020 Summary The Norwegian Communication Authority (Nkom) has previously issued decisions in the wholesale market for access and call origination on public mobile telephone networks (formerly market 15 - hereinafter referred to as the market for access and call origination on mobile networks) on 23 January 2006, 5 August 2010 and 1 July 2016. This decision presents Nkom's assessment of whether there is still a need for sector-specific ex-ante regulation in the relevant market in the coming two to three years (three-criteria test) and an updated analysis of whether there is/are a provider(s) with significant market power. Chapter 1 contains a description of the background and framework for the analysis. Chapter 2 contains Nkom's definition of the relevant market. Nkom has found that the relevant wholesale market is technology-neutral and includes wholesale access to be able to offer voice call origination, text messaging and data services for the following external access types: Access by national roaming MVNO access Service provider access Both access in order to offer ordinary mobile services and access in order to offer mobile broadband are included.     Telenor/Telia sells Telia Norge to Enitel for NOK 2,000 million Telenor/Telia have entered into an agreement to sell the Norwegian subsidiary Telia Norge AS to Enitel. Total selling price is NOK 2,000 million. Through the sale, Telenor/Telia will make a profit of c. NOK 1,400 million. Telenor/Telia have entered into an agreement to sell the Norwegian subsidiary Telia Norge AS to Enitel. Total selling price is NOK 2,000 million. Through the sale, Telenor/Telia will make a profit of c. NOK 1,400 million. The sale of Telia Norge to Enitel must be approved by the authorities in Sweden and Norway and by the EU Commission. The sale of Telia Norge was one of the conditions set by the EU Commission in order to approve the merger of Telenor and Telia. Through the agreement now signed Enitel will take over all parts and employees of Telia Norge. Telia will continue to be an important supplier to Telia Norge during a transition period. Telia Norge is currently involved in telephony, data communications, the Internet and telephony systems. The company serves both corporate and private customers. At the end of November the company had around 300 employees. In 1999 Telia Norge is expected to post revenues of about NOK 600 million. The Carnegie company has been Telenor/Telia's financial adviser in connection with the sale of Telia Norge. Telenor Group is one of the world's major mobile operators.
