Free of charge. Jingu-maea *As parking space is limited, please use the Okazaki Park parking lot or Take No.100 or 110 bus from platform D1 and get off at Okazaki Koen/Bijutsukan, the Miyako Messe parking lot. Parking fees apply. Public transport is Heian Jingu-mae advised, whenever possible.

From Higashiyama Station（Tozai Line, Kyoto City Subway） 1.Take Exit 1 on the east side of Higashiyama Station; walk straight ahead along Sanjo-dori St. 2.Turn left at Jingu-michi St. 3.Pass the Heian-jingu Shrine Top Shrine Gate, and the Museum main entrance will be on your right, on the east side of the street.

From Kyoto City KYOCERA Museum of Art to Kyoto City Museum of Art Annex. 1. Get out from the main entrance of the museum; turn right and walk straight toward the Heian Shrine. 2. After crossing the Nijo St. at the first intersection, turn left and walk straight toward the Starbacks. 3. Turn right at the Starbacks and walk toward the end of the building. 4. The building with the green Japanese style rooftop in front of you is Kyoto City Museum of Art Annex. It’s located right next to The ROHM Theatre Kyoto.
